Sign Language Interpreter: Voicing in speaker mode- I don't want to show up!

whether in Sign Language mode or not... I am often voicing for a client who presents in ASL and therefore my voice is what you hear, however I want the client/ASL users video to pop up in speaker mode since the message is coming from the sign languag...
