Sharing screen problems

HI ..

when I share my screen ,,, my students can see my toolbar and my chat box ...they see them as something gray ( a gray box on their screen) ...It is supposed to be invisible to them but it is not

Did you ever get a solution to your problem? I have the same issue and have not been able to find a solution.
