Sharing PDF Documents

Before my zoom meeting, I will pull up all the PDFs I will need. When in a zoom meeting, is there any way to preview the PDF document before sharing my screen? Usually, I share several different PDFs, so I want to ensure I share the correct one at the right time.

Hello, kwalsh - You can share documents, and the PFDs  will come up in a share preview screen. This way, you can select the specific PDFs you want to share during your meeting. I think you want to choose only document sharing vs. pure screen sharing. I hope this helps.
