Shared link for multiple person interview

Multiple people at my company are planning to individually interview someone over the course of 2 days. Can we create one meeting for each interviewer to use, so that the people involved can just hop on together at their agreed upon time?   The calls will be spaced out - so it's not one continuous call.   There will be 2-3 calls each day, all run individually by each interviewer.

If we can use one link, do all interviewers need to be added as alternate hosts? we're on a licensed account.

Open to suggestions on the best/easiest way to do this. thanks!
