Screen Sharing challenge

I run a hybrid weekly meeting.  Using a laptop, web camera, and TV screen I host 20-25 people each week via zoom and 50+ in the room.

When I screen share the computer and TV monitor show that all is working well.  Many presentations are via Power point and it runs fine in the room.

The challenge is those on Zoom cannot see the shared screen, or if they do the slides do not advance.

@ScottyB the participants online should see what the people onsite are seeing, and assuming it is not a resource issue it should be fairly close to real time.  One suggestion I would make is to make sure that you are sharing the whole screen as opposed to the application since it is more efficient, so that would help with resources if that is the problem.
