wrong date on reoccurring meeting

For the past couple of months we have noticed that on reoccurring meetings it says the link is not valid because this call was set to a prior time

For example: I set a ongoing call every Monday since November and when I try to get on every Monday going forward it just says. Can’t join meeting, this call was set for Nov 11th.

@AnethMG , Kindly try to do a clean uninstallation of  Zoom Client and reinstall again.

If you have a Mac -  try uninstalling Zoom by using their uninstall file instead of putting the Application in the trash.

You can do this by going to Applications -> right clicking on zoom.us -> Show package contents -> open Contents -> open Frameworks -> use the ZoomUninstaller file.

After this, try to reinstall Zoom again.

If above solution won't work, you can try deleting the recurring meeting and create a new fresh one and see if it it still follows the issue.

If this has answered or help find a solution to your question , please click the Accept as Solution button below so that others in the Community may benefit as well.
