Schedulin a Session

I have a Pro account and I have a virtual meeting later this week, I scheduled the session today.  I have put a start time 30 minutes before the real start time to prepare.  If nobody joins the session for 30 minutes or more will the session be deleted automatically?

Second question:  If a participant joins late, will the link still work?  Is there a time limit on when they can join a session from the start time?

@MichelleM23 with a pro license, you can have the meeting open for 24 hours, and the meeting link is valid for 30 days after the meeting.
