I cannot open security options to allow others to share screens or other stuff.

Hi @hassan3kb welcome to the community! May I ask, is this happening to any drop-down list (e.g. click on the profile icon or Settings -> Audio -> Speaker)? Where its not displayed when running Zoom under Wayland?
