Local recording share

Hey all,

I recorded a zoom meeting that saved to the local drive. Will the other participants have access already or do I need to manually save and share it?

I’ve not used Zoom before so really confused on if I do it or the system will already give them access.

Any help appreciated 🙂

Local recordings are stored locally on your device, so you have the only copy of that video. Since it is stored locally, Zoom cannot access it and share it without your permission, so you would need to upload the video to a 3rd-party storage (Google Drive or Dropbox) or video service (Vimeo, Youtube, etc) to be able to share it with others.

Hope that helps and please make sure to mark the solution as accepted if this information is what you needed.
