Users want to be able to automatically set a time when the meeting will finish.

Is this done by creating a group and adding users to this and use this create a meeting and invite to this group.

This is for parents evening, so it will be at certain times when the user will join the meeting but we want to try and stop users over running their allocated time from within this meeting. The meeting would have say 6 parents all at 10 mins each and we want to be able to stop a meeting strictly at the time allocated, in this example would be 10 mins and they are removed from the meeting after 10 mins but then the meeting would start again straight away afterwards. In this case it would be better to have it run for 12 mins and then log them out if they have gone over the allocated time.

Many thanks in advance

Paul C
