Hi,

I'm having an issue with comments and reactions I post to the chat. In some meetings, they are being attributed to someone else, not me, and that person is posting as me. It's very confusing until I can figure out who the other person is...I get private chat messages from "you" to "you" 🙄.

This only happens in the chat. Our Zoom display names are fine: Joe displays as "Joe" and my name displays for me.
Often I am the host and start the meeting via our Zoom account. The other person comes in through the meeting link they received.

Would love any troubleshooting ideas. Thanks!
