Audio Issues

Hi Everyone,

Both myself and my client do the audio test successfully, but we still cannot hear each other. Evrything else works fine.

Any thoughts or advice welcome.

Once in a Meeting together, do you both see yourself and each other as un-muted in Zoom (microphone icon, bottom left in Zoom)?

Yes. We are both unmuted.

Hard to tell from such limited information.

 

If you'd like to set up a test with me, go to the contacts page at GreenMeeting.ca and leave a note (including that you're a Zoom community member) and perhaps we can set up a live test to try to figure out the issues.
