When I signed out of the personal zoom account and want to log into the school account for the first time, I keeps redirecting to the page shown above. I don't know what's wrong.

Hello, this usually happens when the account is being moved from one account to another. For example you were using the school account email as a personal Zoom account and the school has decided to "manage their domain" meaning they wanted to control all Zoom accounts under the school domain and consolidate them into their enterprise account. They can control users under their domain this way.

 

How are you signing into your school account?

 

  • Are you selecting SSO, local username and password or Google? 
  • Did you get invited by mail to join and accept the join the school account?
  • Are you getting any other prompts BEFORE you get to the above screen?
