Zoom makes it difficult to provide feedback

How many hoops do I have to jump through to get support from Zoom?

If I'm already logged into my Zoom account, why do I have to log in separately to Zoom support?

It looks simple to click "Give Feedback," but then there is an entire page of instructions on how to get help. Then when you finally get to a form to submit feedback, you have to filter through 20+ different options so you can help Zoom figure out which tiny arm of their expansive corporate structure should receive your question.

Unreal. If Zoom has AI, how about using AI to do some of the work currently dumped on customers? I should be able to type a simple question. I wanted to ask why Norma from SuperNormal has decided to crash every one of my Zoom meetings without my permission.

Google makes it easy to ask a question. Why can't Zoom do the same?

p.s. - Couldn't even submit this post. "Correct the highlighted errors and try again." I neglected to "label" my message. Again, something AI could do. Too bad they don't know AI.

Zoom, like many a corporation, comes across as indifferent, arrogant, living in a silo.    Time and again I have tried to feedback on an issue that affects anyone with reduced hearing (that's millions among older folk) and received zero acknowledgement.  It's a simple request:  put an outgoing voice meter at a sensible visible size on the main  screen.  Then we in group meetings can tell at once if the right mic is selected, whether there is excess background noise etc.  We don't want to faff around on the next level down, while people are saying their helloes.   Also a proper meter would reveal whether a track played in is going across - which up to now has not been possible, but is being addressed, I learn.  Then... if the techs can bear it... I would appreciate a simple bass/treble tone control - again upfront so we can if necessary ride it to compensate for the greatly varying tonalties of assorted participants and, indeed, assorted laptop loudspeakers.  C'mon!  Finesse!
