Assume they are 50 people in a zoom call.  Can we save 1080p video with a higher frame rate from all 50?  If we have a large server, can the videos be purged from Zoom's cloud service (to deal with ethics)?  Could we house it directly on Amazon Cloud Service for example?

Thank you

Hello Mmirian!

You'll first need to have Zoom Support enable 1080p for your account. Once enabled you'll follow the same instructions to enable this at the Account or Group level.

Are you wanting to record to the Zoom Cloud or locally on your device?

If recording to the Zoom Cloud, you can select to record the Gallery View separately
