Student Permissions- Changing Name, Virtual Background, Etc

When our school recently pivoted to remote teaching again, the kids were able to change their names, backgrounds, and become 3D characters. Is there a way to control this through Zoom's settings without an education package?

We can control the ability to use Virtual Backgrounds or changing names after entering a meeting on a free / basic account but yes to have more granular security options such as preventing users from changing their names before entering a meeting such as using "External Authentication" you must purchase a paid version of Zoom.
