Where can I ask for permission of using screenshots of the use of Zoom app for educational purpose?

As a part of the development of research culture  a handout was made of the use of the software (with screenshots of it) and it is intended to be posted on an open web page without lucrative intent.

Hi @RuyES suggest maybe using a meeting disclaimer which users can accept or decline before joining your meeting. Suggest looking into the Knowledge Base Article on Creating a Zoom custom disclaimer.

Secondly, depending if you meet the Prerequisites for adding a watermark you have the option to add watermark to your meetings as well. Suggest looking into to the knowledge base article on Adding an image watermark

Hi, I have kind of a similar question. I am writing a book chapter and would like to include screenshots of the Zoom app in it as part of a tutorial on how to benefit from Zoom in online appointments.

Would it be okay to include those screenshots in the chapter?

Best Regards
