LTI Pro - Can't add a new instance in 3rd party credentials for 'others' LMS.

When trying to setup a new LMS instance (in the 'others' LMS section), I keep getting a 'something went wrong' message with no details. 
It would be really helpful to have a more detailed message in order to find the exact cause of the problem. 
How do it diagnose this?

I would definitely open a case with support on this to have an LTI engineer help you. This would be a better use of your time tracking it that way.  https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new
