Compartilhamento tela cheia

Quando estou apresentando slides no modo apresentação, não aparece para os participantes a mudança de slides. 

Eles só conseguem visualizar o primeiro slide, enquanto para mim está passando normal.

Alguém sabe como resolver isso?

I don't have an answer, but will ask a couple of clarifying questions in the hopes that they might help others give you a better one:

1. Does this happen when you are sharing your screen with other content, or only when you're sharing slides?
2. What program are you using for slides? Microsoft PowerPoint? Google Slides? Something else? Which version of the slides program are you using?
3. Are you using Windows? MacOS? Something else? Which version of the OS are you using?

One general suggestion, just because it sometimes helps, is to try updating to the most-current version of the Zoom software. See https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362233-Upgrading-Zoom-to-the-latest-version for how to do that.
