How to Update Your Profile

On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

How to Update Your Profile.

Your community profile is a reflection of your online presence. Within your community profile, you can manage your username, avatar image, notifications, badges, and personal activity.

My profile

Click My Account in the top right corner. In the dropdown, select Community Profile.
In your profile header, you can see your username, rank title, join date, user activity stats, and earned badges.
Recent Notifications and Private Stats can be found as your scroll down on your profile page.
Any information included in your profile will be publicly visible to anyone.

My settings

Click Settings in the top right corner. In the dropdown, select My settings.
Within your settings, update your such profile attributions as:
- Personal information
- Preferences
- Avatar image
- Tags
- Macros
- Subscriptions & Notifications.
