My account was automatically renewed and payment taken. I have been trying for weeks to email zoom to ask about renewal as I wanted to use a discount code. I found some information which said I would be automatically renewed onto the free plan and I could then upgrade. Now I want to cancel and get a refund as I am not happy with not being able to talk to someone. Any suggestions would be welcome. Thanks
