Zoom is not acknowledging my account
I have been using zoom for many years with a business account + today the system update itself and now is saying I am not a member, cannot get my personal account and is not letting me stay for more than 40 minutes on calls. It is saying I have a basic plan when I paid my account payment on time on the 14/6/23.
is there anyone that can help me?
I don't have any errors code but the zoom version is: 5.14.10 (19202)
I am ringing and no now is on the other side. To talk to a human I need my account to be checked but the system is not accepting it. My day of week is all messed up.
