Upgraded Account but still 40 minute limit

I upgraded from Basic to Pro (annual payment plan). Our account is showing as Pro but still enforcing a 40 minute limit on Zoom Meetings, plus not offering LiveChat capabilities. It's been almost a week! Any advice?

Your situation is the same with mine! As host, I have been frustrated by my Zoom meeting being cut twice last two weeks. I am in search of assistance as Zoom has kept us in a "seek and hide" game. Frustrated again!

It's maddening! You can't get ahold of anyone in Zoom support either.

They finally got back to me! In my account's case, the license was applied to someone else on our company account. I'm including the instructions he gave to change the license to the correct user. Hope this helps!
