Update for basic plan

How do I update a basic account. When I click on my profile picture no option for "update" shows.

Hey @Victoria18 you can go to https://zoom.us/billing and you should see the following page (on a basic account), where you are prompt'd to 'upgrade account'

This is Victoria18 - now Victoria181. I figured this out. You have to delete your Zoom account. Then uninstall Zoom on your hard drive. Then open a new account (same email etc worked for me) and upload the basic account for free again. It's a real hassle but that is the work around I found. The moderator  is suggesting you "upgrade" & pay.

I agree with Victoria181 - they have made it impossible to update Zoom.  Can someone from Zoom help?  I don't need to upgrade just update
