Does Zoom comply with European data privacy laws? Where can I submit a data download and erasure request?

That's quite a read but I don't see instructions or a link to request data download or deletion. Just some mention that they'll work with a customers to fulfill the customer's obligation.

 

Does Zoom not consider that it has such an obligation itself?
