I upgraded the promotion on Zoom 4 months ago, but it was postponed for a month because I couldn't pay on my card. Then I want to cancel the payment today, so I'm trying to click Unsubscribe from my account, but my account only says it's currently default. So currently, only the money is withdrawn and it only appears as basic, but I want to return the account status to basic as soon as possible and make the money not to be withdrawn. Please solve this problem as soon as possible.
