Hi there, I have recently got billed for a pro plan which I wasn't using anymore, just regular meetings so I wanted to ask for a refundfollowing the guidelines from the FAQ but once I get to my billing page I can't find the refund option, I have already stopped the plan renewal, but at that moment I didn't get any refund options.
Could you please help me? Thanks in advance...

There's really no refund option on your billing tab, what you can do is to reach Zoom through chat or email and request for a refund.
