Hi,

my subscription is autodeduct from my credit card.

this yr, i wanted to reduce from 2 licenses to 1

however, it was deducted for 2 and notified me

i tried to reduce it but it show it can only reduce after 2024....

can you do something to help the refund of 1 license?

 

i just need 1 license.
