Dear Sr. Mme,
 
A few weeks ago I requested the cancellation and refund and Zoom issued by mistake 2 invoices and 1 credit memo. 
 
As I have already cancelled my subscription, Zoom does not give any option to claim the refund and the only way left for me is to file a claim with VISA.
