Ignored for four months


My organisation has been trying to cancel a Webinar package for 4 months now. Despite multiple calls, emails, chats with their support line, and filling out forms, they haven't been able to complete this very simple request.


Are considering moving away from using Zoom entirely based on this experience, as we have had far better support from Microsoft Teams.

What type of account are you on? Pro, Business, Enterprise, etc. You should have an assigned Account Exec who you can call or email directly and get reasonably timely response.
