I am a Zoom user from Vietnam. I was triple deducted from my bank account via a Visa debit card today for the same invoice. I want to request a refund from Zoom. So I submitted my support request (BIL0900789) regarding billing issue but the support team seems to be slow to respond... What to do?
Did anyone here ever get a refund from Zoom for the same situation and how long did you wait?

I highly recommend using the chatbot feature on support.zoom.com because we don't have access to your billing information through the Zoom Community platform. Our dedicated team of billing agents is happy to help. To start, just type "billing agent" and select "Billing & Account Management" when prompted to choose a team. Make sure you're logged in to connect with an agent.
