Good day, I would like to make some questions, I searched and it seems that there is no Korean customer center, so instead I am sending you this e-mail.
I work in a Korean university. Late fees are accruing from an account that a school teacher used to have but he unsubscribed from. When I try to log in with said account, it says that the verification code has been sent by email, but we cannot check that email address.
<Questions>
1. Can I pay the late fees paid in the before mentioned account from another account?
2. After paying the late fee, will there be no more charges generated from that account?
3. Can I recover the unsubscribed account?

Hey @yujeong, suggest reaching out to our Zoom billing team for further clarification and questions about your account situation as we do not answer billing inquiries on the community forum; however, can provide you with some guidance.
Billing Notifications - To receive payment and invoice notifications such as confirmation if your payment went through successfully or if the new form of payment was accepted, make sure your billing contact is updated.
Changing Email - As in your case in receiving that verification code, you will need to change the email associated with your account.
If your account is inactive, suggest looking into the KB on Recovering disabled, inactive and locked account
If there was no payment involved, you have the ability to resubscribe after account shutdown for non-payment
For all other billing questions suggest reaching out to Zoom billing support
