How to obtain a refund

I feel I have been tricked by the payment system and paid for an "old" account that I deactivated a year ago. When I tried to pay for my current account, I was linked to an old account and ended up paying twice for the annual subscription Pro that I needed. I have called the phone line twice outside of hours (I'm in Portugal) and have sent two emails to the billing @Anonymous.us and cannot get anyone to help me. I hope someone here can. Thank you!
