Hola, hace un mes pagué anual mi plan ZOOM, esto es hasta el 16 de diciembre 2024. Yo tengo ZOOM PRO, este plan incluye hasta 9 licencias, hasta ahora solo lo habia utilizado yo, entonces quedan 8 verdad?. Necesito otorgar esas otras licencias pero el sistema dice que yo no tengo licencias disponibles...

Por favor, Como corrijo este error del sistema de forma urgente para poder dar estas licencias a mi equipo?
