Changing license to another email address


How do I change the email address from one existing Zoom account to another existing account?

When I tried to change the email account it says "that address is already in use".

That error means the email address you are trying to change to is already in use.  The owner of the account with the email address in use would need to delete the user before you can use it.  Every Zoom user email address must be unique.

I do not want to use my old email address anymore, but I don’t want to delete my account. I just want to change that my account should be connected to my new email address.
