Changing email login address when original address is no longer active

My original sign in email address is no longer active and I cannot access it. I went to settings and updated to an active email address but received a message to contact Zoom help in order to activate the change. I tried Zoom chat but was told I do not have access to live chat support and was given no option to fix the problem. What now?

You should be able to submit a request that isn't a live chat by going here: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new 

Or go here https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362003 and scroll to the bottom and select "submit a ticket"

Hi @J-Michael for this the process changed a little bit for unable to accessing email address' to your account.
