I cancelled my zoom account and it automatically renewed. Please refund me.

Because this is specific to your account and we do not have access to your billing information here in the community I would suggest contacting our billing team by submitting a billing ticket: Submit Billing Request 

 

If your account is eligible for a refund, a refund can be requested when canceling your plan through the web portal by following the steps outlined here: Canceling your subscription

The same has happened to me, I had to cancel 2x to actually get an email notification. Please refund asap.
