Can't Recieve Email Verificaton


Hi Guys,


My Zoom client has not been used for a while because it cannot log in to the account.

Another issue is that it uses webmail whose hosting is currently not renewed.


After I tried to renew the hosting and webmail to the new account, I attempted to reset the password for the Zoom account using the registered email. However, multiple times I did not receive the verification email from Zoom.


I have already set up a whitelist for Zoom emails and IP addresses based on the instructions found on the Zoom blog, but I still cannot receive the verification email.


Has anyone experienced the same issue? I appreciate your assistance.


Anyway, my Zoom client is using Zoom Premium.
