Account Profile is not me

Unable to get through to live person to see why the Profile is associated with someone else. Very unsettling. Also when trying to call support, prompts ask for a 6 digit Profile # found under Profile but only number listed is account number of 8 digits. Where do I locate the 6 digit #?

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @andreashops.

 

I assume from your Zoom Partner badge you are not on a Pro account.  Only Business and higher accounts have call-in access to Zoom Support, and normally only the admin and owner of the account have permission to call.

 

But assuming you are authorized, the number you need (I think -- I'm just on a Pro account!) is the Account No. listed under the Account bar on your main profile page (https://zoom.us/profile😞

Mine is obscured for security, but I'm pretty sure that's what you need.
