Zooms definition of one month for webinar reporting purposes is INACCURATE. It says you can go back one month. Today is December 5th. I need to pull a webinar attendance report for November 15th. It doesn't show up. Zooms definition of one month appears to be 19 days

Hello! After the Zoom update it seems the interface has changed quite a bit and there are fewer available settings. For example, I cannot rotate my camera in 90 degree increments anymore, which used to be an option in video settings when hovering over the video preview. As a result, my document camera projects the image upside down and I no longer have a way to correct this in Zoom. I checked the article on Zoom's website already on Manually Rotating Camera which no longer applies because it was last updated in March 2022...but the updates happened after that. Any advice?

I have a pair of Bluetooth headphones that I used with previous version of Zoom meetings and on Windows 10 with no problems, but I have been having a hard time getting them to function as the speaker and microphone in Zoom. Pertinent System Information:Device: Microsoft Surface Pro 8OS: Windows 11 Home Edition 64-bitZoom meetings version: 5.9.1 (newest available)The headphones are recognized by Zoom meetings and are available in the drop-down menus in the Audio settings. I have also tried using the "Same as system" and "Bluetooth Headphones" options for both the speaker and microphone functions and have not been able to get them to operate correctly. The headphones do work fine with multiple other apps on my tablet, so  believe it is a Zoom meetings issue that is precluding my usage of the headphones. I have tried the following things so far to try to get these to work:Updated Zoom meetings to the latest version for Windows 11 64-bit OSUpdated all Bluetooth dri

Hey team, I went to open a locally recorded meeting and it is showing as a mp4.tmp file. Not a conversion issue. The audio is fine. Any ideas? Thanks

When I am in a Zoom meeting and press lower case x then the video automatically starts, how can I stop this from happening?I'm using Windows 10 Enterprise v22H2; Zoom Workplace, Version: 6.2.3 (47507). I'm also using Open-Shell (so menus and look is on a previous Windows), but I can't see how this would affect things as no short cut keys.I haven't had this with other programmes.

Hi Team,We are looking to use Wired/Wireless Screen sharing feature for our Kiosk however this feature is not available for Kiosk Zoom Rooms.Main purpose of this is for our Kiosk which we are using for IT helpdesk support.Since there is limitation of wired/wireless screen sharing it makes it difficult for support agent to assist end users.It would be helpful forZoom room kiosks have this feature since this is already available on zoom rooms.

Hi,  I want to be able to add the chat to the recordings, so what people are chatting about is visible in the recordings when watched back Is that possible? And is it possible to edit recordings to add them?Thanks 

When I share my screen using Zoom, my screen displays pink vertical lines. This only happens during screen sharing, and when I share the screen of an external display connected to my laptop. It doesn't happen with the main display. This issue occurs only during Zoom screen sharing and not when using Microsoft Teams.    

Hi I've got several Zoom whiteboards saved and I would now like to copy some content from one board to another. (I'm paying extra to be able to be able to save and edit multiple whiteboards.) Can I do this without importing and exporting, for example by using the copy Ctrl+C  and Paste Ctrl + V commands?  I don't seem to be able to do this? Thanks   

The option for Host Tools (formerly called Security) does not appear in the Floating Meeting Controls when sharing screen during a meeting. Is there any way to add it there?I need to turn on/off the Waiting Room on the fly and can't find an easy way to do this. Please can someone help?

Hello, I have to enable interpreter services from time to time for a class. I see that there are only NINE languages options to choose from. This week I needed to choose Arabic and Punjabi. Is there a way to add these languages to the drop down feature? 

How do I generate a PDF of AI summary?

I'm trying to create a document from a meeting however the "advanced templates" are greyed out and I'm getting the following error:"Advanced templates can’t be chosen because the meeting transcript isn’t available" I do however have access to the transcript and meeting summary. I do have Docs content generation and revision with AI Companion enabled on my account. What am I doing wrong?

オーディオ設定のスピーカーテストをした時に、テスト音が最初の1,2秒だけ出てそのあとはテスト音が途切れ途切れになりちゃんと聞こえません。またヘッドセットを接続したときもテストをすると最初の1,2秒だけテスト音が聞こえてそのあと途切れ途切れになります。ミーティング参加に参加している時も相手の声はクリアに聞こえるのですが、音楽が流れると音が途切れ途切れになり、その後聴こえなくなってしまいます。この現象はズームの時だけで、PCのレコーダーで録音した音声はクリアに聞こえますし、ユーチューブなども音が途切れることはありません。また、PC本体のエラーも確認しましたが検出されませんでした。Zoomの時だけ音が途切れ途になります。いろいろと調べてみたのですが、どうしても原因がわからず困っています。解決方法などわかる方がいましたらぜひ教えていただけると大変助かります。

As an example, I have a meeting set up from 9am-3pm. If the meeting runs over until 3:30pm or 4pm, is that going to be problematic? Will the meeting just stop at 3pm or can it continue to go on? 

Hi allI'm attempting to upgrade the Zoom Workplace client on my laptop, and for some reason the system is missing original .msi file required uninstalling the "old" client. (6.0.37634).tried locating it via Zoom downloads page, but couldn't find an archive for old versions..Anyone knows where I can get the specific installer for this version?

I have a recurring meeting.  I can see this week's occurrence on the app, but I need to edit it on the web based version and it's not showing up at all - not in current meetings and not in previous meetings. 

Hi All brilliant community I would like some upgrade adviceI am running an online therapy website were clients book a session to see a therapist via zoomWhen they book they get a zoom link the free plan in zoom only allows for 40 minutes so that is a bustthe current plan I am on is the pro plan and what I understand is that it will allow my therapist unlimited meeting time however it seems they must share a zoom account. I would assume that if 2 people book the same time with 2 different therapists that's going to be a problem .Am i correct in my thinking and then what is the next level up. Currently I only have 6 therapists so don't need 100 additional user account. Please would you help me  understand better and suggest a way to accomplish this

Hi all. My settingsVersion: 6.2.11 (50939)Windows 10 My issue: When I record a meeting (local), I have a very weird outcome with the cameras. When I don't share my screen, the face of the participants appear (when they talk)But when I do share my screen, only the person talking appear (on top right), and never my face, even if I'm talking... And even, if during the meeting, the participants are all visible to my screen (gallery mode). I've been exploring all the options I could find (via the Zoom app; as well as the Zoom settings via the browser), without finding anything that could explain that.  => Ideally, I would love to see all participants in the recording; but if that's not possible, at least when screensharing, the person who talks (including me when I talk). Thanks a lot in advance for any helpArthur  

Hello,  I have a new Zoom Room and I cant figure out how to adjust the time on the Crestron Zoom Room Touch Pad.  can someone point me in the right direction.  here is my setup for this room  

Dear Zoom Community,I'm using 'zoom_x86_64.rpm: RPM v3.0 bin i386/x86_64 zoom-6.2.6.2503-1' on Fedora release 41 (Forty One). I noticed that every time I stop my screen share Zoom freezes and I cannot use the controls anymore. Sometimes audio keeps working until the app crashes completely. Is there any way to gather debug logs and raise a bug report, when I'm not a paying customer? Cheers

Recently my contacts hear me with echo, which makes meetings unbearble.  As far as I could realize,  this phenomenon takes place whether I initiate the meeting or join someone else meetings, and whether I have single contact or participate in multi participants meetings.  I use my Lenovo tablet for my zoom activity.  Can you assist me?

When I am screen sharing in the breakout rooms, how do I prevent the screen sharing from stopping if I (the Host) join a room?

Hi, I have a work account and want to give multiple 3rd party access to be able to set up their own meetings.Is there a way i can do this without them seeing each others meetings? and also be able to add the a calendar without sharing data? Thanks,
