Conflict between billing plan and phone # assignment

My number has been ported, but I cannot assign it to myself as the primary user.  When I try, I am getting the error message that this feature requires a Zoom Phone Metered or Unlimited or Pro Plan (see attached screenshot).  I have a Pro Plan as verified with Sales today

    I have upgrded from Zoom basic phone to ProPlan+. I can not assign my number to the new plan.  My name and extension come up, but when I choose to assign & save in numbers, "User/my number&ext, I receive a dropdown that says "This feature requires a Zoom Phone Metered, Unlimited, or Pro plan. Same thing in Phone System/Users&Rooms
