I used to be able to click a link in the calendar invitation, and then click Launch Meeting on the browser page that displays to launch my Zoom desktop app and launch the meeting simultaneously. Now, in the past month, the Launch Meeting button doesn't work.  I have to launch my Zoom app first, and then click the button, sometimes multiple times, before it launches. A couple of our webinar panelists have reported the same issue with getting into webinars.  Others have mentioned similar issues. What has changed, that we can no longer launch meetings and webinars without a bunch of time-consuming hoop-jumping? Please can I have assistance. I have tried to upgrade to pro and twice now put my card number in and the page freezes with just a "please wait" note on it. I fear that my card will now be charged twice for this and I still don't have access to the upgraded platform. I have tried calling Zoom and get no human only messages and then being cut off. I desparatley need to get this sorted. Urgent attention woulkd be apopreciated. thank you

Hi all,Does anyone know why Zoom Classic Whiteboard doesn't have a simple circle in the shape section menu?  You can choose ellipse and then by carefully watching the coordinates, get close to a perfect circle but why isn't there a circle choice??  Are there any add-ons that would expand the shapes menu?

I'm wondering if there is any headset with a call answer/end button that will actually end Zoom Phone calls. I've tested two different models: a Poly Blackwire C3210 and a Yealink UH34 Dual. The former is similar to an officially-supported model, and the latter is an officially-supported model. Both models feature a call answer/end button. The button on both models does work to answer incoming Zoom Phone calls, but pressing the button during a call does not end the call. It simply has no effect. A cursory skim of the Internet indicates others have encountered this behavior. Zoom's official list of supported USB HID devices for the desktop client notes "Certain Poly, Jabra, and EPOS headsets support end a meeting or hang up a Zoom Phone call when used with USB dongles and the associated applications."  This is an extremely basic telephony feature that is missing from Zoom. It is not a new concept, and I'm pretty disappointed Zoom has failed to include the feature. Is

I'm trying to log into my Zoom account and I can't because this error 1132 appears. I've reinstalled and restarted my computer, but I'm still facing the same issue. Additionally, I'm trying to contact customer support, but it's almost impossible because no one responds; all channels are extremely slow.

Long story short, sharing interactive whiteboards with 'external' users has been disabled on my account. This is causing major issues today, as I teach remotely and needed to add students email addresses so that they could collaborate on the board. It's been impossible. The message I receive when I've tried to share the Whiteboard reads 'A server error occurred. Try again later or if error persists, Contact us for help.' When I investigated this further, the account settings state that the admin has locked / disabled collaboration with external users and when I check up on the roles on my account, I am listed as an owner, with no admin having been added. Technically it seems that as the owner I should have admin permissions, but these are greyed out when I go into settings, meaning I am powerless over changing any sharing permissions. I'm at a loss at what to do. Please do advise me if you can!! 

Hello I have Zoom One Pro and am interested to add Zoom Phone. When I click on it to upgrade however it shows only US/Canada or Australia/New Zealand as options for calling plans. I called Customer Support for help on how to get a UK calling package but the customer representative was so rude I am now considering looking elsewhere. Some clarity on this as well as pricing would be very welcome failing which I will definitely be going with an alternative provider.  Thanks

I have a Zoom One Pro account with me being the only user. I tried to enable the features under Settings > AI Companion. They are all greyed out. It says, "Locked by Admin". Why can't I turn them on as I'm the account owner? Thanks,Ed

Hi. - I am a Mac user. I sometimes need to share the desktop because I need two windows opened, a PDF + video, for example. The sharing screen window shows all the apps but does not show the desktop thumbnail option. I have the same problem when I connect the iPhone via USB. It just doesn't show this option to share. I started to have this problem only after the last update, 5.7.6. Can anybody help me, please.

Our Zoom account has a maximum number of 1000 users per meeting. Is the host or co-host of the meeting counted in the 1000 users? 

I only have a Basic plan so that I can attend those that have Zoom meetings.  My system is telling me I need to update the app, but the instructions seem to only apply to those with Pro Plan or higher.  I need to update the app in order to attend Zoom meetings when asked.  I do not see a prompt for Check Updates in my profile as the instructions allude to.I do not want to purchase a plan when I only use Zoom when I am invited to meetings.

zoomのwebミーティングの招待状に関して、iPhoneからブラウザで参加しました。会議から退出する際、「退出」ボタンを押すべきだったと思うのですが、iPhoneの画面の左上の「完了」ボタンを押してしまい、退出しないまま、画面を閉じてしまいました。開催者が会議を終了させた場合、「退出」ボタンを押した状態同様、退出できているのでしょうか。
