Does anyone know how to schedule a meeting where a call in number is provided. I have some people on my team that just want to call into the meeting and now go through. I have seen this with other meetings I have attended in the past but I can't figure out how to do it. Thoughts? Thanks!!

Hi,we are just exploring all options for AI Companion as we are looking into different options for transcribing and summarizing support through AI for meetings.My questions are:- is there a time limit until when AI Companion creates transcripts? (Others and free versions often stop transcribing after one hour.)- is there other time limitations for the recording if the AI Companion is added / activated?- as Admin / Manager of the Accounts (5 persons), are all AI Companion settings automatically set for all? Thanks to all who can help us with the answers. When I am holding a meeting as the host a get this message when I try the screen sharing function. Could please anybody tell me why this happens and how to sort it out? Thank you in advance 

If I had a Focusrite Scarlett 18i8 interface with 4 mic (XLR) inputs, will all 4 mics work in a Zoom meeting? If not, is there a way to use an app or something to combine all 4 inputs into a single channel so Zoom would recognize it? Thanks! Ken

I updated my Zoom on my Mac and started having my camera flash, glitch, go black and white, funky colors, reflect my screen during my Zoom calls when not screen sharing. I DO NOT have an external camera connected. I have never had these problems with Zoom before. When I open photo booth or other apps that use my camera  I do not have this problem. I have restarted my computer and redownloaded Zoom. Both have not worked. 

Zoom is such an excellent tool for organizational governance meetings; the specific needs of such meetings should be supported. 1. The host and co-hosts of the meeting are likely to be officers in the organizational governance system and eligible to vote in bylaw amendments. Hosts should not be barred from voting in polls. 2. For the sake of preparing minutes afterward, it would be so helpful if the meeting recording or metadata included the attendance number (proving the quorom). Attendance can be seen live during the meeting, but if the secretary forgets to jot it down, the information is lost. Bonus suggestion: The live transcript is so helpful for preparing meeting notes. Instead of treating it exclusively as an accessibility aide, the live transcript should be as automatic as a meeting recording. Dismissing the transcript should take an extra step instead of having to hunt around to invoke it.

Hello, I recently set up SSO in Entra and the Zoom Admin portal. I followed the instructions provided by both Zoom and Microsoft (https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0064121 and https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/identity/saas-apps/zoom-tutorial). I got every piece of required information set up, such as the vanity URL, the certificate, the sign-in and sign-out URLs, IDP Entity ID, changed the binding to HTTP-Redirect, and so on. However, when any user tries logging in via SSO, they get an generic error saying something went wrong. When I look at the SAML response logs, I get the following information: Error Code: 1020Error Message: The user is not an SSO user and has been blocked for SSO login by the "Prior to Sign-in" option, please manually import the SSO user. I should note that I also set up the "Provision User" setting to "Prior to Sign-In". We've already set up all of our users in Zoom using their emails. I used one

Hi all,I recently started, for certain meetings of which I am not the owner, getting Zoom notifications every few seconds during the entire block of time the meeting is scheduled - like 60-100 times during a 1/2 hour meeting. This occurs even while I am in the meeting itself, and after it has ended, if it ends early. It's incredibly disruptive. I know how to turn off all Zoom notifications in settings, but I use them and don't want to turn them off. This seems like a bug, and only started happening about 3 weeks ago. I have had the Outlook plugin for a long time and this isn't related to that. Likewise I've been attending this same recurring meeting for over a year and this only became an issue recently. Please help me fix.Thanks!

I don't know if anyone else is seeing this problem. A while ago I set up a basic waiting room image which worked ok. I now want to change this to a short video.I set this up in Account Settings/ Meeting/ Waiting Room on my profile But on new & existing Zoom meetings I still have the old image Any ideas? David

Hello,  my company recently obtained a phone to test on zoom for future office deployment. The phone model is a Yealink T46U. The problem is when we go into the device list and add device we can’t find this model number in the dropdown. We have tried both the zoom phone appliance as well as zoom rooms device. 

Is this possible?

AI Companion NOT making TranscriptsAI Companion is installed, all buttons turned on, activeYesterday I recorded four different meetings. I turned on AI Companion and I turned off AI Companion each time.It is within the 24 hour window. Recording and Transcripts / Transcripts -> Nothing in Transcripts. Zero. "No results"Where are my transcripts? How can I access them?  Thanks. 

Running Sequoia 15.0.1Hit 'screen share' -- I see this: Click on 'open system settings' and see this:     1) I never had to give this permission before: I just hit "share screen" and shared my screen2) I assumed that something having to do with SCREEN SHARING would pop up in System Settings but arrive at "Screen & System Audio Recording" -- why are we talking about RECORDING when I just want to share my screen LIKE I HAVE BEEN DOING FOR YEARS3) toggled it off, tried many times over and over to be sure I'm not crazy; same result4) hit the " - " to remove zoom from "Privacy & Security" / "Screen & System Audio Recording"... went back to zoom app to test sharing screen and... same pop-ups and zoom has re-appeared5) via online, went into identity and turned it all off -- all screen recordings for anyone for any reason... still can't share THIS IS CREEPY. Why, all of a sudden, to I have to consent to recordings when I just want to share my

I created a meeting for Dec. 9, changed it to Dec. 15, then deleted the original calendar entry for the Dec. 9 meeting. I discovered that the (new) Dec. 15 meeting has deleted from Zoom.  The link for this invitation has already gone out via email and social media.  If I click the link - from the invitation I created for the meeting -  the meeting will still open and it appears viable, but I don't know if it is. Also, as the creator, I can no longer see this meeting in Zoom, so I have no way of opening it as the meeting organizer. Help!

I have desktop Windows with intel core ultra 7 165U and Windows 11 Pro. I got "Your device does not support Virtual Backgrounds" error when I try to select a virtual background. Looks intel core ultra 7 165U is not on Zoom Virtual Background system requirements list, but it is more powerful and newer. Does anyone know why it does not support virtual background?Thanks a lot!

Zoom Workspaces and ZDM is not available. Anyone else experiencing this?

I frequently participate in court appearances via zoom in multiple court rooms.  Unfortunately, when both judges take the bench, I have not determined how to mute one courtroom while I speak to the judge in the other.  My only solution is to type a message to the host that I am leaving and will return after the other hearing is completed.  Is there a simpler way to just mute the host in one court room while I speak in the other?  

Hello!  I want to purchase a MIXER in order to share music from my IPHONE 12 and also connect a MIC in order to teach GROUP FITNESS classes via ZOOM MEETINGS.  My laptop is running Windows 10.  Can you please recommend a few different products for this use? 

Hi,I have been teaching via zoom since Covid.Happily doing so with no issues.I share Computer Audio, pin myself to screen, with thumbnails of all attendees around the top or side of screen.Since the recent update on zoom, when I share computer audio, this now takes up a large % of screen, and I can't make myself centre of screen with thumbnails around. Sharing Computer Audio used to appear in a small box at the top of the screen, and cannot understand for the life of me why this was changed.  See screenshot for how it appears now.Am I missing something? Is there any way of getting rid of the big box on left telling me I am sharing computer audio?

I lead online strength workouts. Next month I am having surgery so an athlete will demonstrate the exercises on Zoom while I still coach. These workouts are recorded. I can Spotlight the athlete while providing supporting audio when the workout is live, but the recording only shows me, the speaker. How can I make the recording continue to show the spotlighted athlete, while hearing my audio? 

The email I used to sign in to my zoom pro account has been deleted and I cannot find a way to change it as the new email has to be verified by the old one. I can still sign with my old one, but it's only a matter of time before I hit a problem. Have tried to enter a support ticket but heard nothing back because, surprise, surprise, it goes to the old email which no longer exists. And I probably won't hear anything back from this because, surprise, surprise, it will go to my old email!

I have a Workplace Pro account and I'm self-employed.  I cannot find the Trash icon in "Recordings & Transcripts" in order to retrieve a deleted recording (within 7 day period).   I only see at the upper right an icon "Document" that sends me to an instruction page for how to record a meeting. The lack of a Trash icon is true for both "Cloud Recordings" and "Computer Recordings."  So, if the lack of such icon suggests that my Settings are wrong, is there something I need to adjust in my Settings?  Zoom's detailed instructions for how to retrieve recordings seems to have left this salient step out. 

Is there a way to export registrant information in a csv or excel format post meeting?
