Zoom team - do you have a full example of how to use SSML for text to speech.The help link goes directly to a AWS web page with table of tags. For a person not familiar with the tags it's confusing.can you provide an example how to use it in a typical text to speech like shown below ?  

I meet with clients one to one for coaching over Zoom.  Is there a way for them to pay for the session before they enter the Zoom meeting?  I have a pro Zoom account.It looks like I could set this up through Zoom events?  Is this the best and simplest way?

Hi: I usually record meetings on my own PC, but recently recorded a meeting in the cloud. I was surprised to see that the recording was completely different! Is this because the "cloud" recording was done from a Mac instead of a PC? Or is there an inherent difference when recording in the cloud vs. on a local machine?   

When I am scheduling a meeting, when its with a person i have scheduled before, i would expect that once I type the first three letters of their name that it will predictive text their email.  However, I am having to type their full email address every time, even though some of these appointments are every week.  I've tried adding to my personal contacts on ZOOM but it is still not working.  Can anyone advise?

Hi everyone,  is it possible that someone contacts me by email, pretending to be someone else, and then suggests that I set up zoom meeting to hack me? Is it possible for someone to access your system via a Zoom meeting?   Maybe I am being paranoid! Someone contacted me related to work (I found their profile online, but I don't know if the email is legit), and was keen to speak to me about the matter online.  I tried to set up a Zoom meeting twice and they have not shown up so it's a bit strange. It is possible that they just forgot twice but anyway I thought someone might know if there were any Zoom related scams like this.  Thanks in advance,   

We use for our meeting, a polycom dial phone. It's very uselful for a big meeting room. Everybody can hear and speak whatever the distance of the phoneBy using dial phone solution, the automatic background noise suppression  is activated. In this case the voice is chopped.I did not see any option to remove this "automatic background noise suppression".There is some hotkey to use on the dial?Thank you for your helpPatrick 

I have a Basic Plan with Zoom.   I use a Microsoft laptop.   Our investment club meets in person in a physical room, with 1-3 other members joining via Zoom.   To enhance audio and microphone for those on Zoom, we have purchased a 3 microphone/speaker product which connects into the one port in my laptop.    However, only one microphone/speaker works at one time.   In Settings, I am able to switch between microphones/speakers, but only one works at a given time.    What do I need to do in Settings so that all 3 work at the same time?  

Can I assign a Zoom Room to a person with a Zoom Pro License? Or can I use a zoom Room system with a personal Zoom Pro License?

I need to schedule a Zoom meeting across multiple time zones. Will the recipients all see the invite in their own time and zone?

Hi @jdott16 with zoom update while I share screen I see participants view tiles floating, I usually keep zoom in desktop 2 and work with desktop 1,the participants tiles of which participant is talking is highlighted and i dont see a option to disable the view,I just want to remove it and see nothing on my screen.  We keep our cameras off**Problem 2:While screen sharing even when the zoom meetings controls are in desktop 2 and working with desktop 1,the other users see black/grey boxes ? how to fix that ?Problem 3:Annotate symbol at left bottom of screen, I don't want to see that as well ?Your Help is Appreciated @jdott16 

All lot of my meetings use waiting rooms to keep out Zoom bombers. A nice feature would be to "admit and pin". Today, I can "Admit", but then need to scramble to find the person to "Add pin". Tonight, we had a bomber and luckily I had pinned him when he entered (because it was not a name I had seen before). If I had not pinned him, it may have taken a moment to finally remove the pervert. If "Admit and Pin" was an option, it would be a whole lot less stressful

My office has a number of small conference rooms or personal work spaces set up as Zoom rooms, each with a desktop console and a mounted TV/display on the wall for use in the room.  I want to use the mounted display in a Zoom room as a second screen for my laptop, not as a duplicate of my laptop's single (small) screen. Am I just really dense in that I can't figure out how to do this? That seems like a really obvious, high-demand use case, and something that other (not Zoom) solutions solved literally a decade+ ago. 

Hello, I am attempting to create a new whiteboard and I keep getting this error below:  Cannot find collaboration servers-code-cc588a225c-1734626848045 When I try to exit out of the pop up box it takes me back to the whiteboard homepage. I am unable to open any previous whiteboards either. Please help! 

Hello all zoomers,  I am writing this with deep and utter profound sadness that the video filters have seemingly been removed without prior notice and provocation. It makes me just visibly frustrated at the lack of forethought on behalf of the tech support that they would do such a thing to the community. What am I missing? I am not as upset as my satirical message may have lead one to believe, but I am filled with snark today because the Zoom Support (and I use the term support loosely in this case) isn't as foretelling and forthcoming as one might have expected. 

I host meetings from the Zoom desktop app for Windows. I have the latest version 5.10.4. My settings are set that an attendee is unable to join via browser meaning they must join the meeting with the Zoom app (which I know is required for remote control).  My attendee was sharing her screen but when I asked her if I could have remote control, she said she didn't have a remote control icon in her Zoom menu? When I clicked on the drop - down next to 'view options' on my computer, there was no 'request remote control' option for me there either - which there usually is. This Zoom support article at https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/208072316-Using-Remote-support-session says that one of the pre-requisites is that the Remote support feature is enabled on the meeting host's account. It is definitely enabled in my settings.Any ideas what is causing this?

I have a new HP Spectre x 360 laptop with an Intel core i7-1139OH processor, 512 GB Intel SSD +32 GB memory which runs on Windows 11. I am a music teacher. When I speak into the microphone, the sound is fine. But when I play the piano, the piano mutes. Specifically, when I play a note on the piano, the recipient hears a short thunk. If I play a scale or arpeggio, the following notes are totally silenced. No combination of settings for original sound, high-fidelity music mode, signal processing by Windows drivers and echo-cancellation has resolved this problem. I took the laptop to the Geek Squad and they reinstalled Windows 11. If I revert to my old  Dell computer running Windows 10, Zoom works fine. Any clues as to how to fix the problem in Windows 11?

Hello, Last night, I had a group meeting where everyone ended the meeting using the video filters for a fun time. I, however, do not have this feature. I have looked up all the ways to find it but I only have backgrounds to choose from. Could someone please help me with problem-solving this issue so I can participate with the others using funny faces?  Thanks!

Please tell me there is a way to access chat history if I didn't check the SAVE CHAT box when I started a chat in a meeting. Zoom used to automatically send your chat history after the meeting ended, I didn't know this had changed. It is not at all intuitive. There has to be a backdoor, right? 

Is there any way to format code inline in the Team Chat? I know there are code snippet and quote features, but they're for at least one full line. Sometimes, I'd like to just mention a function name inline, like foo(). This is commonly implemented using Markdown notation, via `foo()`, and is available in Slack, Discord, GitHub, Microsoft Teams, etc.

Hello.  I tutor Chinese children daily.  Yesterday and today, several students have been unable to enter the meetings.  One parent sent the error code 13215.  Has something happened that I am unaware of?  I can still enter meetings fine on my end (USA).  Any solutions?

I was wondering if there is a way to use polls in a meeting I scheduled. I asked the chatbot but didn't get a good answer. It said to open the More tab while I was hosting a meeting and click Polls, but I didn't see anything like that. Can I use them if I don't have Zoom pro? Or do I have to upgrade?

I have a problem running a zoom meeting.  The meeting starts perfectly with the selected microphone and speakers all 100% functional.  I am using a Windows 10 (now 11) desktop with 32GB RAM 3TB SSD and ethernet link to my WLAN-Router.  During the meeting at intermittent frequencies, my microphone becomes unavailable within Zoom.  Nothing has changed, no other app has been initiated, no other app is running in the background.  Zoom advises in a comment in the bottom left hand corner of my screen above the Audio section shown with a microphone image:"Your microphone is not working. Please check your connection or use a different mic." What I do to solve this problem is to click on the dropdown list of the Audio to the right of the microphone image, select the mic I was using and and then functionality is restored for a while, duration variable.This happens whether I use the microphone on my Logitech Streamcam or a DUAL conference mic wired into the microphon

If zoom is full, then new recordings will replace the video files in zoom? Meaning, previous will be deleted to make room for new ones (and zoom would do this automatically)?

As part of our evaluation of possibly switching to zoom from gotowebinar, we recently held a 4+ hour long webinar on zoom.  The webinar went well and we want to use the recording for simulive events.   The problem is that the video needed minor editing.  After downloading the file and making the minor edits, we attempted to upload the new file back to zoom. Can't be done because the file is (of course) larger than the 50MB limit. If there's no method to do what we're trying here, to use edited videos of our events, that alone is likely enough for us to drop zoom.
