Hii downloaded the newest Version of zoom yesterday and since then have had issues with the camera when on zoom. This is the case for multiple cameras - it sticks and flickers and the only thing I can do is turn it off and on yet it does the same after a few moments so the process is repeated.  It flickers and goes bright and crazy! I have never had a problem like this before. I have the same problem on multiple browsers on my laptop.  I have the same issue on different cameras on the same device. My camera works on Skype and Facebook video call but not zoom. i have checked the flicker frequency on zoom and it is 50 hz. What has happened and can you offer any advice please? Thank you! 

We have a presenter who was trying to share embedded videos in a powerpoint file as well as standalone. He is on a Windows 10 machine. He can hear the audio from his computer, but it is not being shared out.It works fine when we use a meeting rather than a webinar.I tried to duplicate the problem on silicon macs and I was able to hear the audio from each computer. However, when I tried to share my video with the windows presenter, he could not hear the audio. We tried both from within a powerpoint file as well as using the Video file option in the advanced tab on the shared screen.Interesting side note, when I tried the video file option in the advanced tab on the sharing screen between the two silicon macs, the audio was not heard. Only if I share through the narmal screen share, did the audio work.We have looked at the settings and have found nothing else to change. The share audio option is always grayed out on the silicon macs. Does anyone have any answers or things to look at

Hi there,Is it possible to obtain a summary of all my meeting coach statistics on a monthly basis? A report of some kind? I'd like to see if I've improved over time. 

Do I need to OPT OUT of sharing my Zoom AI Summaries in an Open AI platform?  We are a private company, and do not want the contents of our meeting held for research purposes and/or sharing with others.

Help!! When editing a newly recorded video to remove the chatter at the beginning  I inadvertently ended up saving the chatter and removing the entire rest of the recording (almost 2 hours). Is there any way to recover the intact recording?? Thanks!

I have a paid account. I used it for 4 months (I have paid it for 1 year). But now it is showing basic. How can it be resolved? I think I accidentally clicked taking advanced plan (which popped up), but never paid for it nor used it. It was showing me warning message, but I ignored it.

Hi, I'm having an issue and I hope someone can help.I recently recorded a meeting. The Zoom Recording File shows up on my local folder, however it doesn't convert when I double click on it.I'm unable to find the recording on the Zoom App.I also can't find ztscoder.exe Any ideas? 

Anyone been successful at using Zoom docs for teaching? Like giving online lectures and having students do homework using the docs?

Hi everyone, I noticed that Zoom is not uploading the invoices to our national Finance System (ANAF), in the SPV portal. This is something we cannot do ourselves, the company that emits the invoice needs to do it, starting with 2024. This is impacting my deductibles and by bottom line, so my tax percentage. Fellow Romanians, has this happened for you too? How did you solve it? Other users, can you help me find an email address that works or a way to talk to an actual person from Zoom? The Chatbot is useless here. Thank you,Stefana

Hi. I am currently trialing the Zoom Phone solution.I have many little stores with 3-12 phones. Today, most have some kinds of very old PBX.Our phone vendor setup logic on these PBX's that a user could open a line and dial *72.This *72 dial would prompt the user for a phone number to call forward too. Users could dial *73 to take the call forward off the line. In Zoom, I have set business hours and I setup an external contact to our after-hours service. If a store closes at 5, the system automatically starts sending calls to the after hours service at 5:01. My "users" are not computer people. We use a PC with a green screen emulator to access our AS/400 database. We don't want to rely on training a user to access zoom via a web browser and and setting up call forwarding. We need the ability to call forward manually for a viarity of reasons. Think of a snow storm. If we close early, we would want to forward the phones. I am having a problem with scenes missing when I go into my Webinar and load production studio.  Specifically it is all the scenes that us an image only.  I use the Media templates and load my image.  I save it and see it in PS.  When I start my Webinar and then load PS, all scenes are there but the ones with the image (Media Template).  Any clue what is going on?  

Hello, Today I used the whiteboard feature to present a concept. When I closed it, a link was automatically sent to the chat saying "I want to share this with you". How do I disable that? I just want to use it for presenting; no editing or sharing. Thanks!

Every time I turn on my PC a screen pops up prompting me to sign in to my unlicensed zoom.  I'm not sure how it even got there as I have never intentionally used zoom rooms. The options on this screen are Sign in; New Meeting; Join; Whiteboard.  There is a Pairing code in the top right corner and settings cog in bottom right corner. I can click on settings and exit the room but then the next day when I start my PC there it is again.  I've tried everything I  can think of to remove it with no luck.  Please help...it's getting tedious!  Thanks

Zoom Rooms supports on-click direct sharing from a via an ultrasonic signal that is generated by the Zoom Room controller and detected by the Zoom Desktop Client on the participant's laptop. Does anyone know which Zoom Room controllers do or do not support this feature? Logitech Tap (direct-connect and/or Tap IP), Neat, iPad, etc? Thanks!

Hellol! What happens if I am on a laptop/PC logged into my Zoom (business level) account, and I log in with the same account on another laptop/PC? Per Zoom, "You can be signed in to Zoom on one computer, one tablet, and one phone at a time. If you sign into an additional device while logged into another device of the same type, you will be logged out automatically on the first device."  In reality…what happens if "you are logged out automatically?" Assume we have used Zoom registration. If I am the host of a meeting in Meetings and I log in on a laptop in with the same account, does the meeting END, or do I as host just get kicked out and meeting continues with the co-hosts? The same with Webinar - what happens? If I am hosting a Webinar, will the Webinar abruptly since I will be "logged out automatically" - or will the Webinar continue even though I am disconnected? Thank you in advance for your knowledge! @Ray_Harwood and other knowle

There should be an option to have video optimisation and audio set to ON in the settings (in preference settings). I was not able to submit a feature request. And in Canada

Hello, I'm new to Zoom.  I have a work zoom link that I log in from Toronto, Canada and I have to travel to Jamaica and want to continue working remotely.  My question is, do I use the same Zoom address link that I was given in Canada to log in the meeting when I'm located in Jamaica?  Does the Zoom link once given, work anywhere in the world?   Thanks!

I need to know if  a same document can be shared to the attendees  after they are in their Break Out rooms. Can I share  the document on the General Screen so that it is visble to all the attendees even after they are assigned to Break out Rooms?

This morning everything was working fine. Then, suddenly after a meeting I had, every single recording that I have there in the cloud, around 30 recordings needed for work were removed. I’ve paid immediately, however I’m not able to find these cloud recordings. Someone know how to recover it?

if i cancel my current zoom cloud storage subscription will all my past meeting recordings get deleted? i'm not currently using zoom...but i'm paying $40/month for 200gb of cloud storage. i'll likely be using zoom again for work in 4-5 months so was just curious if my recordings would still be there when i resubscribe to the $40/month plan.
