  I am tring to call my relative my zoom account showing me (your acount inactive contact with admin) I'm owner this account I have checked admin page there is everything active .  please can anyone guide me properly? how do resolve this issue? 

We are a non-profit volunteer-run support group organization that relies on donations.  Is there a way to add a button or a link in a PMI Zoom meeting so folks can click on it to donate using PayPal? Or is there a way to "pin" a chat message so it displays even for folks who join late?  This way the host won't have to keep pasting the donation link in the chat. Thanks!

I haven't changed cameras but recently my Zoom video shows vignetting: dark rounded edges on left and right side of video. Any ideas why? I am not using any backgrounds or filters. I'm using the camera on my Windows 10 PC. I've used Zoom for many hours without this problem.  

My partner teaches yoga using Zoom and I have put a lot of effort into making it so that she can see what her students are doing including the use of a 55 inch TV. I am not sure if it is getting worse with each version of Zoom but there is a lot of blank space around her student's videos in Gallery View e.g. ZoomExample9x9 .Is there an option to make Zoom use the whole screen for videos including the top bar with the little green shield and the area vacated when "Always show meeting controls" is set to false so that the bottom bar auto-hides ?The environment is Zoom version 5.16.6 (382) running on Xubuntu 20.04. 

Hey guys! Can I ask for help? My Spotify music keeps getting cut off (muted) whenever I'm in a zoom meeting and using my wireless earphones. Music and Zoom audio works fine together when using Laptop audio and Wired Earphones, but not on Wireless. Wireless still plays music (Spotify) when using G-meet, but not Zoom. All other sounds get cut off when Zoom Application connects to the wireless earphones. Hi Folks - I'm trying to create a background for my Zoom meetings, so I went into the video settings and uploaded a background photo. The photo is pretty simple and its a high resolution photo (5333x3000). When I view the photo on my desktop it looks great. it's very clear and crisp. But when I upload it into Zoom and put it in my background for a video call, its blurry. The text that has my name and company name are barely legible when viewed on a 32" monitor. I don't see an option to enhance the quality of the upload, and I wonder if I've done something incorrect? I've attached a photo in this thread. Any suggestions by the Zoom pro's?

Just recently purchased a new Zoom Rooms setup (Yealink A10 with CTP18 controller) but after pairing them and upgrading firmware on both, I went to sign into Zoom but before I can put in my activation code to assign a license, it's given the error of 'You need to upgrade Zoom Rooms system to use Zoom service.' However, it doesn't give me the ability to do so anywhere in the zoom settings screen and therefore is unusable at the moment. Because it's not assigned to our Zoom account yet, I can't do it remotely either. Firmware for both is on the latest versions. Zoom version is showing as 5.15.1.

I was invited to a meeting as a co-host and started the meeting recording. I had to leave the meeting early and reassigned another participant as host. The recording stopped automatically when I left the meeting and now I can't find the saved recording. Help?!

No sound on my video for participants when I shared my screen, even if the fonction is activate. The problem is intermittent. I use Chrome on a computer, Windows 10 Professionnal. I use Zoom Version: 5.16.10 (26186) Thanks.

I use a Mac Mini running Sequoia. I use NDI virtual input as an external camera for Zoom. It worked fine until a couple weeks ago and now although I can still select NDI video, and although the camera works fine in PTZOptics, NDI video monitor and OBS, Zoom only displays a black/blank screen. 

Hello, We have a large conference room that we're trying to set up with a Logitech Rallybar and Tap to drive two displays. One 86" in landscape, but next to it a 43" in portrait mode. The idea was that the primary display would show content and the 43" would show virtual participants (speaker or gallery). I can't find any settings within Zoom Rooms to enable this so I'm wondering if it's driven more by the Logitech components or possible at all.  Thank you

There is no chat option in the meetings of any other participants or co-hosts. I tried to change every setting I could find, but still: Chat messages that I send in meetings from my (pro) host-account do not show for other participants, and they simply don't have a chat button in their screen.What setting can I try, to use the chat option again? 

I disconnected Zoom sync with my Google Calendar and ALL of my appointments unrelated to Zoom have gone! In fact, my whole Calendar has been wiped clean. How do I retrieve my appointments?

I am setup so that people joining my zoom sessions just click on a single link (I just copied this across from when I used a simpler version of zoom in the past), they dont need to enter a meeting ID or passcode. Usually this is fine, but sometimes users say they need to enter a meetingID (that part is no problem) and a passcode. I cannot find this passcode (which stays the same for all these meetings) on my zoom account pages - where do I look?

Hi, I have trouble sharing my screen. There is no option to share a single window, etc. The only options are "Use system desktop capture," "Use system window capture," and "Whiteboard." The first two options show the whole desktop oversaturated and so bright that the others can't see any details. When I click Stop sharing, Zoom hangs and can only be closed forcefully (kill process) and restarted, connecting to a conference again. The only option is to switch to an X11 session and launch Zoom there. I read in a newsletter from 2024-01-22 that this bug had been fixed in version 5.11.1. Sorry for the basic question, I've been searching on zoom for an hour and can't find the answer. We need a package to include co-host or alternative host and wondering if the workplace pro covers this as it's a lot cheaper than the webinar package. We don't need all the fancy stuff in the webinar package and up to 100 participants would be more than adequate. Thanks.

I experience this error when I try to start a meeting or join meetings now. It says "Unable to Join the Meeting" Error Code: 13224. What could I do for this? I have a Zoom user license now. I have tried sending a report but nothing has changed. My devices are a desktop and Android phone. The error shows on both devices.

I use Zoom to stream to a costum location.I need to enable automated capitoning in Zoom, but I don't want the captions are visible on livestream.Do you know if it's possibile to disabile the capitons viewing in livestream (only in livestream)?Thanks  Isabella

Someone asked this following question on the LinkedIn Events Professional Community .... and I did not know the answer. So I am eating out to you ask if you have TESTED and working solution to enable affiliations on Zoom Webinars i.e. tracking sources of registrations and revenue tracking/sharing functionality. I can imagine how to do this, but I have never done it. 

Hey we are trying to update Zoom (from 6.2.2 to 6.2.3 on Windows) on one of our users machines but we can't install, uninstall or update Zoom. We get the error message "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable" but we don't use a network resource but just a local installation on the C drive here's the path: "C:\Program Files\Zoom\temp\temp.msi". Also when guiding it to the right folder where this installer sits it's throwing the same error.What I tried: Downloading Zoom installer 64 bit from the official site. No success in installation it tries to remove the old installation but runns into the same error as mentioned above. Uninstalling Zoom doesn't work it also runns into the same error. Updating via the app doesn't work also the same error occurs. Question: Is there a Zoom tool for clean uninstallation? Any help would be appreciated.

I found some references to "host" and "co-host," but changing them does not affect the results of the save, and when I tried it at hand, the cloud recording itself was not possible unless I was the meeting creator. I'm tired of checking recording results while changing conditions one by one.Is it a requirement that an account with cloud recording privileges (Pro plan or higher) create the meeting? Is it possible to join a meeting created by someone else and initiate a Cloud Recording? 

Hello there!Faced with an issue that I unable to reset a forgotten password.First of all I go on https://zoom.us/ and choose "Forgot password" then enter an e-mail that I used to register in then solve the captcha and then receive an e-mail to mailbox but, when I click on "Reset password" I've got redirected on the same page when it started from. Tried to send and open a link from an app, browser and mobile app - all the same. Any idea what's wrong?

I've searched a lot, but didn't find anything, so does someone know if I can see the peak of how many people were on my Zoom meeting?

Hello,I am finding some of the guides difficult to find out some information. I have a Zoom Rooms system, running on a Crestron flex base.The client would like to add zoom whiteboarding functionality to the system, they are able to add whatever functionality is required in the back-end but are looking for advise on hardware. Can this be accomplished simply by adding a second touch-display to the existing Crestron zoom rooms system - OR does this functionality require a separate zoom client (zoom rooms for touch) on the second display. Many thanks in advance!
