Hi all, We do a lot of sessions with clients that are recorded, but I keep getting files with the Zoom user windows burned into them (on the upper-right and right side of the video). How do we set it up so when it records, these windows do not appear? Problem is that a lot of content gets obstructed. Is this something in the Share Screen settings?

Hello! I know that zoom can be set up so that a company can engage in texting with its clients. My company currently does this. However, we have not been able to figure out if there is a way to mass text them- to send 100-1000 texts out at once with notifications, alerts, etc. Is this possible? Or is a third party required?

We are creating a custom registration for a webinar with custom questions we want to use for the event.  The downloaded .CSV file doesn't include those questions, only the standard information.  The only way to see the answers is to click on each name individually in Zoom which is impractical.  Is there anyway to get the custom questions included in the download file?

HiI´ve seen two cases regarding the option to deactivate the autocorrection, but this is not available in the newest Zoom Client for me in Windows 10.Is there an other way to disable the autocorrect.The colleagues that are using MAC OS can open with right click in the textfield the options for the deactivation but once deactivated but this isent persistant. And is this really needed to dactivate in all of the chat windows??Any idea?Cheers!

Hi, as of lately I find that each time that I start zoom by putting the link of a zoom room in the browser, it takes ages before the zoom dialog saying that the host will let me in soon appears....is it possible that this happens because I need to install a new version of the zoom client?I am also trying to install again the zoom client but each time it gets stuck at 0% without progressing (on Windows 10)  

The Zoom Chat window won't hold new comments at the bottom of the window, it scrolls up to about 3 older comments.The bug causes me to repeatedly select the Chat window and scroll down for each new comment at the bottom of the chat window, rather than automatically showing the most recent comment.

Hi!   I'm completely new to zoom and I'm trying to set up Zoom Phone. There are still a few things confusing to me.The call that I'm trying to make is from the Netherlands to the United States. So I do not have a US phone number only Dutch.I got the unlimited US/Canada plan.   In "Phone System Management" -> "Users & Rooms" I Assigned myself the  US/CA Unlimited package. However, I am not able to assign any phone number. I added my dutch mobile phone number to my profile under "Personal".  But I cannot change the Direct Number at all in that section. Does Zoom create/generate a phone number for me? A US number? Or how does this work?I know something is wrong because when I go to my zoom desktop app and I try to call a US number I get:"Sorry we cannot complete your call your service plan does not support calling to this destination" I already checked "Billing" under "Account Management" and both the US and the Netherlands have been selected.Again, I'm 100

I am the admin of my account, but I can't turn on the AI Companion because it says lock by admin.  What can I do to enable this feature. 

Since reinstalling zoom now automatically connects with outlook to set up a zoom invitation and schedule it into the diary.  I can't seem to stop it doing this.  I have the box unticked in the general settings area which mentions integrating zoom and outlook but I can't see what else to change.  I realise there is probably quite a simple solution but if anyone could help I would really appreciate it.

My organization set up a meeting and selected 'waiting room' under the Security option. Then our supervisor made an edit to the meeting and selected both "waiting room" and "passcode" entry methods. My questions:1) Does Zoom even work with both entry options enabled? 2) If I deselect "waiting room," keep "passcode" selected, and copy/paste the updated Zoom link (with passcode included) to wherever we include the Zoom link for people trying to access the meeting, will it cause any issues? The reason I ask: on a previous meeting where we had "passcode" selected and then changed the setting to "waiting room" only (and had the 'passcode' deselected), people who had the original Zoom link kept getting asked to put in the passcode (even though we had deselected it).I hope this makes sense, and thanks for any help you can provide! 

Hello, I am a employee at Harvard, I can sign-in zoom website with my Harvard account. However, I can only set up a meeting with 40 min time limit. Shouldn't scheduling meetings without time limit be free for Harvard account? Best regards

Whenever we create a "Poll" on our Zoom account we find that any existing polls for other webinars will also appear as an option to be used in the new scheduled webinar.  Is there any way to prevent this from happening?

Hi, I want to record a Zoom meeting just now so the meeting host just made me as the co-host, and when I click the record button, I do not think there is any option for me to record on computer or record to the cloud, I just record it by default, and the thing is that I did not sign it, I just join using browser, so I just want to ask where will the recording go? Will it saved to the host's computer? Or it will still appear on my computer files after a few hours when it finished converting? 

Hello! I'd like to conduct a research survey using Qualtrics and Zoom. First, people would complete the Qualtrics survey. At the end of the Qualtrics survey, I would like each participant (roughly 50-60 people over a 2—to 3-month period) to click on a link to join Zoom and record a short story related to their survey responses by themselves (no researcher present). Participants would be on their own with no risk of another person joining. The Zoom room would be available if and when people choose to complete the survey and record their story, which could be any time of the day. And the recording must activate automatically when they join. I understand Qualtrics can record videos as part of a survey response option, but I wondered if there was a way to record these individual stories using Zoom. Any ideas or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Despite updating my name in my Zoom profile, every time I join a meeting as a host from a web browser link, it overrides my information with an outdated name. Not only does it do this with the Zoom profile created with my work account (debunking admin not permitting a name change), but my personal accounts too. 

I’m a college professor managing multiple groups of students, each with their own account. I frequently use the polls/quiz feature and, every year, I find myself having to recreate 15+ different polls for each group. It would be incredibly helpful to have a way to save these polls and easily reuse them across different groups, rather than having to rewrite them from scratch every time

I have SMS working, is it possible to get the SMS conversations sent to email for archiving purposes?

I need to schedule meetings for the 2nd and 4th Friday of every month--and that is NOT every other Friday, since only one month has 28 days in it (and even that isn't true EVERY year).How can I do that, other than by setting them up EVERY Friday? 

Hi, We're just about to launch Workspaces in our environment and I was wondering how you can specify who can reserve a specific hot desk? An executive in our company wants his office to be a hot desk, but only reservable by himself and another colleague (possibly one more person in the future). When I'm in a meeting (even if I'm hosting it), if I'm on my ipad and try to turn on mic or video, I get an error message   "UNABLE TO ACCESS MICROPHONE: Allow zoom to access your microphone from device menu: SETTINGS - PRIVACY - MICROPHONE. or "UNABLE TO ACCESS CAMERA: Allow zoom to access your camera from device menu: SETTINGS - PRIVACY - CAMERA.   On this ipad, when I go to settings, there is no PRIVACY section, only "PRIVACY AND SECURITY." When I click on that, clicking on either MICROPHONE or CAMERA shows one option APP CLIPS: "Applications that have requested access to the camera/microphone will appear here" but the list is empty. Thoughts? Ive deleted and re-downloaded Zoom and it's stayed the same!
