Does anyone know if there is a way to tell how long a meeting lasted if I was an attendee (not the host) of the meeting? Thanks!

Good morning Zoom team,We are using a Zoom controller’s version: 5.9.3 in our Zoom rooms version: 5.9.4.We noticed after the latest update GUI on the controller has change.Previously, whenever participant was speaking the microphone icon in the Participants list will have green moving lights.It was a great option, especially for a larger meetings to quickly identity who is not muted.Is there a way to bring this option back?

I'm on an iMac with Apple M1 chip running macOS Monterey v 12.1.  I've got Zoom 5.10.0 (5714) for the Apple M1 Chip loaded. Audio settings are "Automatically adjust mic volume" and "suppress background noise>auto".  When I host a meeting I check my mic and speaker and all is working. Yet I can't hear participants and they can't hear me. When I join a meeting as a participant, my audio works just fine. This only happens with 2-3 people/companies I Zoom with. The rest work just fine. I've rebooted my computer, deleted and reinstalled Zoom. Same problem with these few people.  I also tried it on my laptop (MacBook Pro running macOS Monterey v 12.3 with Zoom v 5.9.1 (3506) for the Intel chip and have the same problem there. Many thanks for your help!

HI !   I read the knowledge base on the face filters, is this only accessible paid accounts ? I had read the set up and can't see to find the admin nor advance settings to enable it.

Sometimes I had an issue where if I have a full screen when joining or starting a meeting option turned on and I join a meeting it just gets stuck , and I do close zoom it then full screens but I can see the dock and menu bar and it says leave meeting I click and it quits and when I join again same issue goes 

When I turned on Calendar sync so that the MacOS Zoom Desktop Upcoming Meetings could see meetings on calendar.google.com,  it could ONLY see the main calendar (which was my email address) - it could not see any calendars I manually created, like "ZOOM LINKS". Why would this be?

I am able to participate in zoom calls initiated by someone else and for which a link is sent to me; everything works fine in that situation.  But if I try to initate a meeting myself, my microphone can't be found.  The video works fine, the audio is fine, but I get a message that my mike isn't working and that I need to use a different one.  I've checked my (PC windows 10) permissions, and the zoom desktop app is approved to access the microphone. I've looked at the zoom app itself, but I don't see any settings that would disable the microphone.  I can mute it, of course, but this isn't muting: it's completely disabling. The webcam/mike I'm using is an old one, but it can't just be that because, again, it works just fine if I'm not the one starting the meeting. For what it's worth, I using the most updated drivers and the mike works fine in other applications.

Is it possible to have a subset of members on a Shared Line that can receive SMS but automatically ignore/decline/DND phone rings to that specific Shared Line? Essentially we want all members of the group to receive SMS texts but only some who will have a standard "phone ringing" experience. One alternative I can think of is to have a separate Shared Line for SMS and a separate one for receiving phone calls but this is less desirable.

Maybe a dumb question, but does the Zoom certified desk phone connect to the PC only, or does it also require a ethernet plug in?  I can't get an IP address from my phone, so it won't provision. When I connected it right to the router (in my basement) it connected fine.  Thanks for advice!

Hi, I'm scheduling Zoom calls for a CEO through Google Calendar.  She doesn't want participants to wait in the waiting room; however, if a meeting goes over, the next call can't come in early.  I can manually change the Zoom meetings already scheduled from her personal room to a private room; however, when I make the change in Zoom, the private room ID is not reflected in the calendar invitation.  With meetings moving forward, how do I create a calendar invite with a private Zoom meeting?  TIA

It would be great if we could schedule meetings for the 1st and 3rd (_day) of the month. As it is now, there's no way to do that. I know it could be every other week, but we don't meet every other week, we meet on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of the month and I have to create two different meeting ID's and that's very confusing to my meeting attendees. If I schedule for the first Mon on the month and there was a + to add another time, then I could add the 3rd Mon of the month for the same meeting ID. Does this make too much sense not to do it? Thanks!

By default, recorded sessions of Zoom meeting are saved for 90 days. If I unselect the option, will the sessions I have recorded on Zoom Cloud will remain saved until manually deleted?

Hi All -  I have the Zoom Plug-In for Outlook installed on my computer. If I set up a recurring meeting in Outlook and use the Zoom plug-in to schedule the meetings, all of the calendar invites DO populate with the Zoom link, however, those meetings do NOT transfer over to my account in Zoom online / the website. They do not show up under my meetings.  I've run into trouble if I've needed to reschedule one of those meetings in the series / recurrence: the actual Zoom link has completely dropped off the calendar invite, but not every time - so I'm a little confused what happened. The impact is my participants join the meeting and I don't have the link myself to jump on to start it.  Has anyone else figured out a solution to this: do I just use the link in the calendar invite to start the meeting and hope for the best and give up on in it showing up in Zoom itself? I can't be the only one with this issue.  Thanks!

we are testing zoom phone to replace our pbx. We have a list of frequently dialed numbers that our staff uses, and we have a few die-hard phone users. Is there a way to get those numbers into the desk phone? I have tried external contacts but it seems that it is not supported on the phone. by the way, our phone is Poly VVX400. Thanks in advance.

The issue is host starts the meeting, and enters something in chat. When participant#2 joins, they dont see the chat message. And when participant#3 joins, they won't see the chat message that was typed before by the other 2 people. I thought of sharing the zoom chat window, but that does NOT show up in the shared window. I even tried the portion of the screen. So on settings of the account, I enabled "Show Zoom windows during screen share" but that didn't make any difference.  Thoughts? I don't know how to solve this issue?
