Hello.I am in the Admin dashboard and clicked on a live meeting in progress to try and determine the participants who have attended.  The list has multiple entries of either "Name Unavailable" or "Name Unavailable (Guest)" and when I click on one of the entries the name is still "unavailable" under the participant field. I have attached a screen grab showing what I mean.How can I change settings or enable ability to see the participants or "Display Name" of the participants attending?  Wish to use this to help audit attendance for group sessions.Thanks.Alex 

Hello, I would like to understand how to interpret the differences between sending and receiving video statistics. For example, if I see a lot of packet loss on "Receive" but not on "Send" and/or low Frame Per Second on "Receive" but not on "Send" does that tell me anything about whether there might be a problem on the other person's side (in a 2 way meeting) rather than my side? If not, does the difference between Send and Receive statistics suggest anything about where problems might be originating? Thank you.

Sometimes when my boss and I get off our Zoom calls (using his personal Zoom Link) the recording saves to my local drive. He has it set up to save to his and I'm not sure if they are saving on both mine and his when this happens. I have delegate access to his account and am able to schedule meetings for him, so I'm not sure if this is why some of the recordings are saving on my drive?

Hello-We are rolling out an app that launches Zoom meetings via the Zoom API. With this launch, we will have some Zoom users that will be hosts in that app, but those same users will also be hosts of other Zoom meetings outside of the app. My question is will the Zoom settings applied to the users be overridden while they are hosting meetings in our app via the Zoom API? Thanks! 

We are new to Zoom and we're looking to use Active Directory groups to manage groups in Zoom. For an example, we have a group in AD which we've called "Zoom w/ Recording".  We'd like to be able to use this group in ZOOM so we can simply manage recording rights by adding and removing users from the AD group.  

After reviewing the  Allowing Participants panelist to rejoin Zoom article I still had questions about the functionality of the Remove participants feature.  Wanted to confirm that as a Host, Co-host, or Zoom Admins you can remove a participant from a live meeting?  Participants can't remove other participants from a  live meeting? Once a participant has been removed from a live meeting they will not be able to rejoin using the same email address that day unless the meeting is ended and re-launched by the host?  If the meeting is a reoccurring meeting and the student is removed on the first day of the training will they be able to join the meeting the next day?  Is there an association between the remove participant feature and whether or not participants must register to enter the live meeting?https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360021851371-Allowing-participants-panelists-to-rejoin

When a scheduled meeting is past it's scheduled time (e.g. days after scheduled time), individuals can still be granted access to the meeting with the link and ID and password.  Is there a way to allow for scheduled meeting links to become inactive or inaccessible automatically once their meeting time has passed? Regards, 

I want to recommend that Zoom upgrade the Hand raising reaction so that it places a small circular background around the reactions. The reason being that if the hand can very easily blend in with the background regardless of which shade of hand you choose to use. If it had a small circular background to it would help it to be more visible.

I have a webinar scheduled for next Wednesday.  Is there a way that I can see who has already registered?  i would like to be able to download the list if possible.  Thanks for any responses.

If I set up a zoom meeting from my work computer and set it to automatically record from the local computer, does it still record if I attend that meeting using  my home computer? In other words, if I don't start that meeting from my work computer will it still record at the work computer?

I have had this happen twice.  I pinned myself so I record only me on the video, (participants are in a line above) then randomly someone else's face shows up in the main box and I am not able to get myself back into the center position. The video records is a grey silhouette.  This is not intentional from the participant, it just randomly happens. Can't find any answers to why. Please advise if you know. Thank you.   

Is it possible to livestream an event with a couple of hosts and muted participants and then end the livestream but send participants into breakout rooms for discussion? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi all,happy new year to everyone.As i am digging actually into streaming with OBS and Zoom i have a question regarding the max. video quality that can be achieved within the basic zoom client.Just no matter how many participants involved my maximum Video/Streaming resolution is 640x430 instead of the configured 1080p. Is this a limitation to the basic zoom account or is there any "trick" to make OBS streaming work in FullHD in a basic Zoom Meeting.(There should also not be any bandwidth issues as there is a persistant 400MBit/s syncr. broadband connection available.)Thanks for any help and information.(Form my perspective the product description of zoom is not very clear here.)Timo

Hope someone can help us. We are a small firm with some paid Zoom Pro accounts.Our consultants schedule meetings with clients via Zoom. We send the clients the meeting room details when they book. Some clients however test the link beforehand and then enters the meeting room while the consultant is busy with another client. How can we prevent this from happening?

I'm thinking that can the host see other participants' screens? I went search in the internet and they all said that the host cannot see your screen if you are not sharing it, and that made me thought, that this is true. But today, I have a meeting, and I was reading newspaper all time, and surprisingly, the host can see my screen and told me that I shouldn't do that in the meeting. I was very confuse. Can someone explain this for me?Extra: The host said that she used two apps to see my (and other participants') screen. First, she use the app called "UltraViewer", and she doesn't tell us the second app. Thank you.

I have a question about capturing the participation time of ZOOM webinar attendees. We will be directing ZOOM webinar attendees to an external survey form where they will be given a confirmation test on the webinar content. We would like to include the time spent on the webinar in the results. We would like to retrieve the webinar information via API, but is it possible to retrieve the webinar participation time from the ZOOM ID?If you have any documentation such as a list of information that can be retrieved, it would be appreciated.  The flow I am envisioning is as follows (1) Webinar will be held on ZOOM.(2) Direct the ZOOM webinar attendees to the confirmation test form.(3) Ask them to enter their ZOOM ID in the form.(4) Ask them to answer the confirmation test.(5) After the confirmation test, output the test results to CSV for tallying (we want to add the ZOOM participation time to this CSV).(7) Judge the completion result based on the results of the confi

my laptop died before Zoom was able to download the recorded session to my laptop. How do I retrieve the file?thanks 

Today - 28th of December I had to break few lessons with my pupils because zoom was not usable - video and audio problems. Lost money because of that. It happened in the morning and in the evening again. Any others had this problem? I tried with other internet connection - the same result.  Any idea? If it happens one day more, i am going to leave zoom because only today I lost money with it.

Every time I join a call - even ones I've setup - I have to choose the video filter again.  My choice is never saved. Any ideas why or how to fix this?

I need to display different content or run a different app in each breakout room.  Is this possible?
