I have a problem with a Virtual Background Image for Zoom meetings. Although I activate the green background, the virtual Background activates on the face and not on the green background.   Configuration: MacBook Pro 13 Mid 2012 2,5 Ghz Intel Core i5 4GB Zoom Client Versión:5.7.6   How to fix it ?   Thx for your help.

Like many people (I assume), I have both a Zoom and a Google (Gmail etc) account. I never used to get any Google calendar popups or notifications when I scheduled a Zoom meeting (on my older 2015 MacBook, with somewhat out-of-date OS). But suddenly, as soon as I upgraded days ago to a 2021 MacBook Pro (Monterey OS), every time I schedule a zoom meeting, it activates my Google Calendar app, and I am immediately prompted to add it to a Google Calender. I have to click "cancel" to make the pop-up box go away, and then I must separately quit Google Calendar (which I find annoying and never choose to activate myself). I cannot figure out whether some setting in Zoom, or Google Calendar itself, is automatically turning on this app and prompting me to add the meeting to some calendar, but it's extremely annoying. The only thing I can find in Zoom settings is an option to link to Google, Microsoft Exchange, or Microsoft 365, and as far as I can tell I have never activated them t

In a Zoom meeting I suddenly became a host, there were recordings running.At the end of the meeting I stopped the recordings.. I was using my android phone, where is the recording saved?

Hi, I cut off the last minute of our recording, as we forgot to stop the recording and were having a personal exchange that we don't want sent out. That worked well, and the video stops where I want it. However, when I send out the link, there's an option to download/open the original file in the upper right hand corner. We don't want that option. How can I make that go away and just have the cut version sent? Thanks!

It has a pro grade. And,I applied for 500 webiner. If you click User Management, there ares another zoom room account(B) besides A, and B's user account is given a "webinar". For A's account, clicking the webinar does not bring up the schedule setting screen. If I click on the webinar in B's account,I will see access restricted (200). Please tell me how you can hold a webinar.

There are always periodic noises from my audio output (my mic) in every meetings I attend. The audio noise will always appear for every certain period (let's say 18 minutes).  The audio noise will stay for certain period too (e.g. 3 minutes). But these periods number will change for different occasion when I join another meeting on another day. It could be 20 minutes clear - 5 minutes noise or 17 minutes clear - 2 minutes noise. All these clear-noise-clear-noise audio sequence happen throughout the meeting.  The noises are heard by my all zoom audiences but it could not be heard from room speakers or Youtube streamed video (through OBS). Thus I think this problem is zoom related. I don't know what causes this problem. Please help me. Below are my computer configurations when I use zoom:- Zoom video input is from OBS virtual cam- Zoom audio input is from external sound card connected to my computer. The external sound card get its audio input from audio mixer.-

BUSINESS RELATED: Having an issue with my invited list registering for a free event. Only thing I can think of after researching and troubleshooting myself is...Do my invited people need to have a Zoom Account to Register for a Zoom Event Meeting?

When hosting weekly meeting on the same Zoom account, I have to look up all the phone numbers and rename them to who the number belongs to. Is there a way to program Zoom so that every time the same person calls in to the meeting that it displays their name (instead of phone number) in participants list? Thanks!

Hi,We're running a Zoom Events Conference, and have been testing registrations before we send invitations. I can see in analytics that there are 6 people registered, but can't see any detail on those registrants anywhere - nothing in 'manage registrants', nothing under webinar registrations as a report, and when I export to Excel in analytics it says 'data is not available yet' (even after 24 hours). I'd appreciate any help please!

My organization is hosting an in-person conference in April.  We have a handful of presenters that still cannot travel but still want to participate in their sessions.  We would like to have them present virtually to the audience that is in-person.  Since the audience will not be dialing into zoom (since it will be shared on the screen in the room) I am wondering if there is any difference between the Meeting and Webinar platforms that I need to consider.  From looking over the product specs there does not seem to be a difference that would impact this setup but I am wondering if I am missing anything.  Has anyone else used a setup similar to this... and if so, what are some best practices you would like to share?  Or technology hurdles you had to overcome (if any)?  Also, is there a difference between meeting and webinar that impacts this type of delivery?  More details about our use case:These sessions will have presenters "in the roo

Hi Everyone,  First post from me - very happy to be joining this Zoom community!  Here's the issue:  I support 20 Zoom Meetings users across a network, with the assistance of an IT outsourcing company.  Our users have managed Window 10 desktops, and so we update to major Zoom versions after hours, across the network to all user workstations.  I'm finding that, across versions and over time, my users all have slightly different Zoom Settings.  I'd like to have my Zoom Settings used by all my users, for ease of support and maintenance, but neither I or my IT outsourcer can find a way to 1) grab my Settings and 2) distribute to all my users.  Is there a way to do this?  If not, how are other Zoom administrators addressing this user issue?  Thanks in advance for any comments and guidance the Community can provide!GL TirebiterZoom Meetings20 UsersUSA

Hello Zoom Community!We recently upgraded one of our Zoom Rooms and iPad controller to 5.7.5 (300) and 5.7.3 (68.0726) respectfully to begin testing with the new NDI capabilities. I am fairly experienced with NDI workflow and have been utilizing NewTeks NDI 4/5 Tools alongside Wirecast NDI capabilities for our previous Company Meetings with little to no issues.However, I can not for the  life of me get a working NDI feed out of the Zoom Room, yes we enabled it in settings. I've tried, specific call participants, Active Speaker, etc. with no luck. When I select and NDI Output from the controller I do receive the 'NDI disclaimer' on the other participants windows to which I accept.All I am receiving is a black screen even  in NewTek 'Studio Monitor'  with no actual data transfer (Newtek NDI 5  'NDI Analysis' tool shows immediate connection established -> connection close loop) and network traffic does not reflect normal NDI traffic.  I've tried connecting to t

I found the setting options to let Zoom automatically update .. However it seems that Zoom always decides to update when I am in the middle of a meeting ?  Then my screen freezes , I have to leave meeting, then come back later ..   //    If i turn off automatic updates, then will I get  any updates ?  I would like a way to instruct Zoom to update , or search for updates, on my command, in my timing..     Is there a set of menu options to achieve that ?  

Hi experts our office hrs are usually 8am to 5pm but is 8.30am to 3.30pm on 2 variable days per week. Our out of hrs voicemail would then ideally acknowledge the shorter day. solutions might be: AR has ‘holidays’ pre-set with the reduced office hrs …. But with two ARs this would involve 4 x fiddly data entry per day we have the reduced hrs (date and time from 8am to 8.30am, and 3.30pm to 5pm … for each AR).(entering date and time just to cover half hr in morning and 1.5 hrs in afternoon is fiddly). OR we simply come up with a voicemail greeting that is a bit vague …. Eg someone rings at 3.40pm expecting the office to be open. Any suggestions appreciated. Is it practical for a user to set voicemail greeting for overflow the day before?? is there a way to upload data from a spreadsheet? kind regards  Richard  

I have a strange problem with my camera. I reformatted my computer and reinstalled Windows 10. I reinstalled the zoom app. When I use my camera on zoom, the picture appears not to be pointing at me and the image is too big and the resolution is poor. I can use the camera properly with every other programme and app on my computer - in face I took a picture using it for my Windows 10 profile. Oddly, if I use the same camera on my backup computer it wotks fine in zoom. I have reinstalled Zoom twice and checked that no other apps are sharing the camera. Any thoughts? Images@ FB, Zoom and Widnows 10.

Hi all Does anyone know how early can I set my breakout rooms?I have about 200 users and 15 rooms, all prepared in a csv required for upload to zoom.Today is 3 March. My meeting is 18 March.I read somewhere I should only set them up within 24 hours of actual meeting. If so, can I schedule a meeting first without uploading the csv, obtain the meeting ID and password first,then do up the breakout rooms in the web portal later? thank you!
