Which plan I should choose? Pro or Business?Shuld I buy additional tool, add on?I see that I don't have such option in free version.How to use this tool? 

I have scheduled two Zoom meetings with each meeting having a break out session during a portion of the meeting. I have created and pre-assigned individuals to various break out rooms; however, once I launch the meeting, the individuals who were pre-assigned to the rooms are no longer showing up as assigned to a break out room.  I double-checked prior to the start of the meeting and everyone was showing up assigned to a room; however, once the meeting launched, it was as if I had never made any pre-assignments. Help please. Did I read correctly that if someone does not have a Zoom account set up that they are not able to be pre-assigned to a break out room?   

I understood and used the feature that when I choose Mute All, that the Host is not muted, but all others are automatically muted.   We have relatively small Zoom meetings (7 -20 participants). For past several months, when I choose Mute All as the host, not all participants are muted, actually  only about half and I have to manually click mute for the unmuted ones.Any idea why this is happening or how to fix it?

if i have someone spotlighted and all other participants are 'muted'....does the spotlight prevent participants from un-muting themselves to make a comment?it might have just user error, but a participant couldn't unmute themself.thanks.... eric

I want to verify links were sent to a large number of panelists, the webinar summary only shows 10 at a time.I have the csv that i used to upload, but I would like to review to ensure all links were sent.  Large event with 1000 panelists and 3000 capacity license.  Any suggestions?

Is there a way to change the timer and other options of the Breakout Rooms DURING active breakouts? For example, it's frustrating to not be able to add time, if you feel that the participants need more time working and sharing. Thanks!Marie #PimpingZoom

Hi, When I record a meeting (cloud), I have two separate files: speaker view and gallery. What I would like to do is to switch from one to the other in the SAME video  recording (without editing the video afterwards). How do I do this?Most of the time, I need the speaker view (+ shared screen), but from time to time, during the same meeting, I want all the participants to appear in the video, then, I come back to the speaker view (it is possible to switch in the meeting self, but I would like this switch to appear in one and the same video. And not only an active speaker, but the full gallery). However, in the recording, I have two separate files (speaker OR gallery). Is it possible to switch from one to the other in the same recording? Thank you for your help!

I have an Enterprise account with  multiple licensed accounts.I logged in as the Admin, while we had 6 Meetings happening in parallel, and was noting how many people were in the meetings at the same time, live.After the meetings ended, I looked at the "Past Meetings" report, and the Participants column showed number that were as much as three times higher than the values shown in "Live Meetings". How is Participant defined in the Past Meetings report, and in the Live Meetings report?

Hello Zoom community! Just a quick question regarding SSO-logins!If the host of a meeting is logged in using SSO credentials, would the participants need to login with SSO as well. Or phrased differently; would it make a difference for the quality/functionality in the meeting if the host has SSO credentials, but participants have not? Thanks!Thomas

Hi! I've participated in several zoom calls recently where the closed captioning transcript feature (button) appears at bottom of screen. I can click on it and see the text in real time.  In the call I was on today I wanted to save the transcript, but I didn't see an option I could click on that allowed me to do so. The host wrote, "If you have transcripts on, it should automatically save when you leave the zoom call. You'd have to revisit the settings of your Zoom account to enable saving the transcripts automatically." I looked through my account settings (Zoom Pro account) and searched the Resources forum. I didn't find anything which explains how to select such an option. How can I, as a Zoom call participant, save the CC transcripts [not the chat transcripts] (I am assuming I can do so if I can see the CC transcript button at bottom of screen) and where would they be saved to - my computer? I will be recording a program to present later, but want to play music videos in between presenters, what the best way to do this in addition to eliminating the commericials in the video.  How do you post the program to YouTube?

When I log in to Zoom.us I have the new virtual background pics I have uploaded.BUT when I set up a meeting, a different set of virtual backgrounds (ie old ones) are all that I can choose. How do I get this to update or match please?
