I just recorded an interview and forgot to change the view to Gallery. I left it on speaker view by mistake. Now the recording only shows my guest's image and not mine. We can only hear my voice but not see me. Is there anyway to retrieve my image or is it gone? 

I have 2 users that I gave access to my account's voicemail. I want one of the users to receive email notifications of the voicemail transcription. However, I don't want the second user to get emails when I receive a voicemail. The only solution that I have found only allows me to turn on or off email notifications for both (in the Company Info account settings notifications section). Is there a way to give both users access to my voicemail, but only allow one to receive email notifications? Thanks!

Hello - We have a Zoom room w/ a Logitech Console connected to a camera w/ two big screens and would like to run Microsoft Teams meetings using the same system.We did everything in the following articles -  https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360057044571- Enabling-or-disabling-Microsoft-Teams-Direct-Guest-Join  https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/203847179,But we are stuck trying to understand next steps.   I know we are supposed to invite the Zoom Room which is a licensed Microsoft 365 user to the Zoom Room and the link should show up on the Logitech console but that is not the case. Does anyone have a clear and easy step-by-step guide for connecting to a Microsoft Teams meeting in a Zoom room?Thanks!

Hello, I currently use Grasshopper.com for my desk phone and would like to port it over to Zoom.   1) Should I purchase the Zoom phone service first before doing the port, or do I need to call Zoom and indicate that I'd like to port the number before I place my order?  2) Has anyone done this before?  Any tips for avoiding downtime with this process?  Thank you!Chris

Seeing hashed owner extension numbers in CallLog. Which type of calls result in hashed or blank owner extension number values? Planned on using the field as a key lookup against client HR file for assignments, but not seeing consistent extension numbers in this field.

Hello, I've got a US startup with a branch office in France.  I've got a US local number, a US toll-free number, and a French number.  I want it so that when someone calls a US number, the greeting is in English, saying to push 1, 2 or 3 for English, French or Spanish, but when they call the French number, the greeting is in French, again letting them choose a language.  After a language is selected, the caller will choose between sales, support or billing.  I'll want 9 call queues, for the 3 departments in the 3 languages.  I'll need my employees to be able to be in multiple call queues, like if a sales person speaks English and French.  Supposing a caller picked Sales in French, I'd want them to go into the same call queue whether they called a US or French number. Does this setup require 2 sites?  It looks like call queues are tied to a site, and that would sound like I'd need 18 call queues, which I don't want.  Any advice would be

I just upgraded to Windows 11 and prior to upgrading, the laptop has been installed Office 365. After that, I update the zoom to the latest version 5.9.6 (3799). I discovered that I cannot share PowerPoint as Virtual Background, the error is "Requires PowerPoint to be installed on this computer" 

Can we change the user email of the JWT for webinars without deactivating it? Or even assign another user email to start the seminar?

Is it possible to set up a Zoom account so that my wife & I can each initiate a Zoom meeting separately at the same time (her with her friends/associates and me with mine)?If so, how?  And what would be the cost?

I loaned my device to someone for them to participate in a Zoom meeting. Now every time I join a meeting it shows her name and not mine. How can I permanently change my name back? 

I've struggled a bit with the concept of a licensed user. We are a small business and only use zoom phone, we don't use meetings. We have incoming / outgoing phone numbers, call queues, Auto receptionist and voicemail. QUESTIONWhat would happen if I downgraded a user (a receptionist) from a licensed phone to 'basic'? Thanks Richard   

hi therelast week i hosted a meeting. i had 120 registrations for the meeting (whou got the zoom-link) but only appr. 100 actually participated in the  meeting. because the participants get 1 credit for their "CE Account" i would like to know who of the 120 registered colleagues actually participated in the meeting.  i recorded the meeting.thank you very much for your help, lexi

Hello!I need an interpreter for my zoom meeting so I have checked out the page (https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360034919791-Language-interpretation-in-meetings-and-webinars).However, based on the information on the website, I understand that I can enable one of the participants to act as a participant.So I was wondering whether Zoom does provide an interpreter of their own? And how much would this cost? Is this a "one-time" thing or can it be like a monthly subscription?

Hello community.When I share my screen in zoom meetings, all popups or just any other screen or message that appears over the shared screen are shared as a grey box over the screen I am projecting. This is somewhat annoying to the people I am sharing the screen to. I have seen it happen only on mac. Because on windows, Zoom does not take popup screens into account even if they overlap the shared screen. Please help.  

I have a question about how Zoom handles signed-in accounts on browser vs desktop app: I'm signed in to Zoom account A on my internet browser (zoom.us). I'm signed in to Zoom account B on my Windows Zoom desktop app. When I click a meeting URL link in my email or browser, it opens the link in Zoom desktop app and appears to switch my desktop app to account A (from account B). This is counterintuitive to me. Is this is the expected behavior? Thanks,Aaron

So I was given a link for a webinar event so I could join and I clicked on it but all it does is take me to a 'Post Attendee' page with a dialogue box that keeps loading even past the start time; and it never allows me to enter the event.  I'm not sure if I'm missing something or what but any insight would be greatly appreciated.  I have attached a picture of the dialogue box below.

Hi everyone!I am a new Zoom admin and here is my situation:We have our Zoom Phone account set up including main numberUS/CA unlimited calling plans are assigned to users with their own numbers.We are in need to add more US/CA Unlimited Calling plans but when I go to the Billing section there is no option for me to buy more plans, just a grayed-out Cancel option. How can I add/purchase more US/CA Unlimited Calling Plans?

I have set up a Webinar with Registration required.  I noted that the invitation to "Join Webinar" link is different to that in my Google Calendar for the same event.  This is my first webinar event I would like to know if this is correct.  Or is there a way I can test this?  

We are planning to integrate Zoom Meeting creation into our event creation process.  A typical User (at a company that has licensed Zoom Meeting users) is scheduling simultaneous meeting time slots for other licensed Zoom Meeting users at their company.  Should we setup Zoom Meeting authentication at the corporate (company's Zoom Admin account level) or at the Individual license user level (e.g., user would be asked to authenticate first time they schedule zoom meeting)?  This user needs the ability to schedule more than 2 simultaneous Zoom Meeting hosted time slots that will be hosted by other people (with Zoom Meeting licenses - as alternative hosts) to start those meetings.  Can that be done if we set the authentication at the Zoom Admin account level?

Here is what I am trying to accomplish. Sync Zoom subscribers to the Corporate directory on the VVX 250’s and the VVX450 with the VVX EM350.I would like for the receptionist with the VVX EM350 to be able to click one of the 30 buttons to ring a phone in a classroom. Right now I have 50 Zoom subscribers with extensions and I would like them to show up on the Polycom VVX EM350.
