I have a paid account, but suddenly my calendly meetings with Zoom integration are throwing people into waiting rooms. I've double checked my settings, and waiting rooms are not enabled on my Zoom account - only passcodes. Please advise as the waiting rooms are not working for my meetings. 

Hello Zoom Community, Our group supports a very large user base of 5,000 and looking for the best method for automatic account provisioning tasks. We currently run a hybrid method JIT (Just in time) with Okta and API calls to disable accounts.   I'm looking for feedback from a Zoom admin that has deployed Azure AD automatic user provisioning. What happens if I use up all my cloud storage of 1Gb in a long meeting? Will recording stop?

Hello On openSUSE Linux, I updated the zoom client using rpm (version 5.10.3.2778 inside) and was unable to start it at all.Error  error while loading shared libraries: libcef.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory Typical solution of adding it to the library directory by using export LD_LIBRARY_PATH has no effect. Unfortunately, I do not have a backup of the prior functioning rpm version (without cef) of the zoom client, thus I am now in a critical situation: I am unable to attend the essential meeting! Please provide at least 2-3 earlier versions of the Linux client for download.  

5.2.0 was released by Zoom in Aug of 2020 - with PowerPoint as a virtual background feature in BETA... why is there still a BETA tag on that feature as of 5.10.1 (March 28th of 2022)? How long is the BETA?What is still pending from Zoom for that feature to be considered "Production"/GA? 

I was in a meeting where the host recorded. After the meeting i received an email regarding to view click link. However, I get an error message saying I do not have access to this meeting because I was not the host.  Why is this? Can you not have recording of meetings like teams of all the participant in the recording regardless of who recorded? 

I've been using my personal Zoom account for our organization meetings but now the organization has its own account.I want to transfer the already scheduled/upcoming meetings to the new account so we won't have to change meetings ids, etc. Is this possible? 

Hello, I want to turn off the chat save option for attendees.  At the same time, I want to be able to save the chat for the host for reference after the event.  Can this be done?  If so, would  you assist and thanks. Kathy

Sorry if already covered but I wish I had the option to click a button to put all clients back in the waiting room if needed to mirror the option already there to bring everyone in at once. Everytime I see a Zoom update I look for this as a new addition but nothing so far, have I missed this? Many thanks in advance for help.

Honestly, I feel the number of characters in the personal notes should be increased and also there should be an option to appear offline on zoom  chats 

I would like to suggest the wording on this dialogue be changed: from: "Host disabled participant screen sharing" to: "Host has not enabled participant screen sharing"   The former makes a participant feel they were purposely excluded or restricted, targeted. The latter is a prompt to let the participant know to ask the host to enable it. I think this is very important, especially in the service industry where we have one on one clients on our calls.   I'm new to the forum. I appreciate any guidance on is this the best place to post this? Or should I be reaching out to Zoom support directly?   -Chris

Good dayI am an Owner in a Zoom Pro account. When I go to Personal-Settings-Meetings,there are settings that are "Locked by Admin" which I cannot toggle on/off (greyed out) such as Meeting Passcode & Personal Meeting ID Passcode. I thought as Owner I had all the privileges of Admin & more. How can I get to toggle those settings (see attachment)

I have been a ZOOM user for a long time. Yesterday I was participating in a meeting and I was logged out for no apparent reason. Now every time I try to access it is impossible, I have installed the program four times on my MAC MINI computer and there are no results. The zoom support is not responding and I don't know what to do or how to fix it.I tried to use my boss user. But still no results. So how can I make it work?

We don't want the panelists to see how many participants (audience) members there are for the webinar. Is this possible? thanks!

Hello all. I am in desperate need of someone's help. I have missed both of my zoom training calls as they were at ungoddly times of the morning, i.e. 1:00 AM!!! Anyway, I'm sure one of you master users could help me. I have an unlimited single line plan. When I try to assign the plan the option is not available, nothing is. But I keep getting emails that I haven't assigned my plan so I know I have it. Plus I have other questions on how this all works. PLEASE can someone help. I'm happy to do a zoom meeting and we can share screens or just a call. PLEASE and THANK YOU!!

Hi guys! I'm now in China using Zoom Meeting global version. I have a quick question. Since I will have some zoom meetings calling from Hong Kong, I would like to know which way I can get better meeting quality (considering China's special internet situation), using China's local Internet or using VPN linked to Hong Kong routes. Or is there really no difference?  Many thanks!

Dear support team of Zoom,I have a problem with your product. I never connect to my scientific meeting in the Windows platform. I have tried both with and without a proxy (VPN) services. Also, I uninstalled and installed again. But, the issue still exists. Interestingly, the connection was not established. However, anything about android app is well. I have attached a the error window as attachment. Could you please assist me? Thanks in advance for your response.
