I can't log into Zoom, 1st message i get is to check my connection status, over and over. try and log in through the web and i get and error message 1,003 and that my account can't be accessed. i click on the password reset and follow instructions, i get emailed the password reset link and then click submit and get kicked back that my account has been disabled and to contact support. can't contact support without being logged in. i called the phone support number, can't log in without my 6 digit code which i can't get from my profile because i can't log in. finally i just pushed buttons to get to sales and talked to a live person who told me i'll get a call back when i get a call back, and that they're very busy. i explained its been 4 days and i haven't gotten anything besides the confirmation email that my query was received. i at one point i got an error message that my account was disabled due to a TOS violation. submitted a request for an appeal and haven't heard back from that at

I just upgraded to the Pro service from using the free service. I recorded a meeting tomorrow on the cloud and received the email below a few hours after the meeting. When I go to my recorded meetings within my account, no recordings appear. I really need access to the recording from yesterday. Is there anyway I can recover that recording from the cloud even though it was over my storage limit? If I upgrade to another tier service will my recording show then? I currently access zoom with a group of others where it has been decided to allow several people at one time to login as host, but this seems incorrect to me. As during a meeting when another person logs in with the paid account as admin if I'm already in as host I get a message to say I have been logged out and a pop up to regain host and I seem to loose control of normal host controls In another group, always there is one assigned Host, who then passes on co-host privs, and there is never an issue. Or even if the original host leaves and passes on Host to another, control remains smooth and trouble free. Can I assume the first situation above is incorrect?Do you have any recommendations for groups that meet where people come and go and the original host may leave and need to pass to another.Thanks

How can I identify who participate in the meeting after the meeting finished if I didn´t record it? 

Hi If we are turning on single sign on(SSO) for  zoom , what happens to the zoom rooms in the org?Post SSO do the rooms gets signed out immediately and forced to login via the identity provideror do the room stays signed on and we have to manually logout and relogin -- which would then redirect to identity provider to authenticate. Thanks

Can anyone walk me through how to set up Closed Captioning - auto produced? I found some info in Zoom Support but what is there seems to be out of date. What I see does not match what is described or in videos. I have a free account - fully up to date. Our organization has access to a pro account.  This is for a small community organization and we are unable to hire a transcriptionist or have a member transcribe the meetings. We are trying to make our Zoom meetings accessible for our  members who complain they can't hear!

Hello, This is an university in Korea. It is an account that has signed a license agreement with Zoom, but there is a notice that it cannot open more than two conference rooms at a time. Does anyone know the solution?We're using this account to open cyber lectures.

I want to connect a party who has no internet, to a zoom webinar, by telephone. I realise I call the Zoom telephone number, enter ID and password etc. then place the call on hold and add the call to my third party. That works fine, however I want the third party to be able to mute and unmute. Pressing *6 on their phone pad doesnt mute or unmute, pressing *6 on my phone pad doesn't mute them or unmute them. What do I have to do to allow the third party to mute or unmute themselves?  Note that while I organise the conference call, I am participating in the webinar on my computer. It is just that the third party has no internet, so I am using this telephone method to connect them to the web meeting. It would be nice to know how i can get the third party to participate in the meeting. Many thanks.

Does anyone know if turning off registration for a session after people have already registered will create a problem for people who are already registered. In other words, will both the former link (which one gets when registering) and the new link both work?  Thanks!

Currently we have an on premise cloud storage where we store our zoom recordings, rather then the Zoom's cloud storage.  With the on-premise cloud storage recordings, the filenames for the recordings dont carry any identifier to relate it back to the meeting ID's.  So its a nightmare trying to identify what file is for which recording. Is there an API to get current recordings on the on-premise cloud storage and relate it back to the Meeting ID?  Would appreciate any ideas to try and match up recorded files to their meeting ID's.  Thanks.

I am going to have a meeting with several breakout sessions.  Each session will have 4-5 breakout rooms but the participant list for each breakout room will vary for each session.  Can I upload more than one .csv file and then choose which file I want to use for each breakout session?

I am in the proces of moving our phone system to Zoom Phone but I am unable to find where to view the call quality. All i can see from my search online is to view it from the dashboard but this is not enabled for my account as we are not using paid Zoom Meeting plans yet. Surely I'm missing something? I shouldn't have to purchase a plan for a service I don't need to see the status of a service i'm actually paying for?!

I have a new IMAC and gallery view was not an option....I saw that others have this issue if they go through the browser and not the app?  Can anyone confirm this?  Hosting a meeting without gallery view was horrible!  If anyone know how to fix this in meeting I'd appreciate any info!!! 

Hi all: I have 4 Apps installed from marketplace (see attachment), but nowhere in my settings, meetings or live sessions can I see an Apps TAB. Have read every document available., Googled, Zoom Guy doesn't know... and I am pretty familiar with ZOOM for 18 months now. Using Mac, Big Sur and most recent ZOOM update. Can anybody please set me in the right direction? Many thanks. - John

 The Scheduling privilege and alternative hosts page says we can add alternative hosts and assign scheduling privileges to other users in the same organization, including users in sub-accounts. I'm following the instructions to enable this account-level setting, but I can't get it to work.  I have successfully linked my two Pro accounts into one organization. (screenshot)  (I am slightly confused because the main instructions say "link the master/sub account in IM settings" but the how-to page never actually takes me to the IM settings.) After linking, I follow the instructions for enabling the alternative host setting. When I get to step 5 in the instructions, though, it tells me to change settings that aren't there. HiHow can I set the default meetings settings to disable the "Show Social Share buttons on registration page". I have disabled it on the Group Management and the Account Settings (Admin options), under Webinar Registration Settings, but it still appears when scheduling a meeting. Thank you in advance.....  BR Lasse     

After my bosses account was hacked over Xmas we signed mine up for a Pro account yesterday. I have been creating our meeting links for over 2 years now, twice a week.My consultants can either NOT even get the link activating while I found I can only get the register button to work on Safari.Is there a known problem?We cannot find help anywhere.I have included an image They can get no further than this.what is wrong

What is the limitation of participants of breakout rooms? How many people are allowed in each breakout room?Can you save chats and Q & A from each break out room? What about pulling reports for breakout rooms; do they work just like reports from a regular webinar?

I have a couple questions I was hoping you could help me with:If I want to host Meetings and Webinars in Zoom Events, it is necessary that I have a Zoom Meetings license as well as a Webinar license, correct? Zoom Events does not replace that, it kind of provides the platform to host Meetings and Webinars, correct?In terms of recording capacity, does Zoom Events provide additional Cloud Recording Capacity or will I have to make sure I have enough recording capacity available to create a Recording Library by for instance, purchasing additional cloud storage? Thank you for the help!

Hi I have a zoom meeting license since May 2021.   As of my last update on Sunday December 28, 2021, my ability to screen share as host of the meeting, is not working.  It works fine for meeting participants.  I've rechecked all of my settings and can't find the reason why it's not working.

Good morning,I have a plan for Webinars with 1,000 viewers. I wanted to ask if once we reach 1,000 registrants the registration process ends automatically, or if the 1,000 viewers limit only refers to those who actually attend the webinar. In other words: with our plan, can 2,000 people sign up for the webinar (even if only the first 1,000 accessing people can actually attend)? If the answer is yes, is there a way to redirect surplus subscribers to another platform where they can stream privately? Thanks a lot!
