Hi I have a zoom meeting license since May 2021.   As of my last update on Sunday December 28, 2021, my ability to screen share as host of the meeting, is not working.  It works fine for meeting participants.  I've rechecked all of my settings and can't find the reason why it's not working.

Good morning,I have a plan for Webinars with 1,000 viewers. I wanted to ask if once we reach 1,000 registrants the registration process ends automatically, or if the 1,000 viewers limit only refers to those who actually attend the webinar. In other words: with our plan, can 2,000 people sign up for the webinar (even if only the first 1,000 accessing people can actually attend)? If the answer is yes, is there a way to redirect surplus subscribers to another platform where they can stream privately? Thanks a lot!

Hi, I'm trying to deploy Zoom Virtual room connector on our domain. Server hosted in our DMZ. Firewall settings applied as instructed in https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/203182415I see VRC in https://zoom.us/account/connector/vrcWhen I start Zoom meeting and call out to SIP device I get error 109. When I try to make call from SIP device it show "No user responding. Disconnecting"Could you please specify what additional network access is required?

Hi experts! I've got zoom phone call queue set up so we can see which of our business phone nos (different business departments) are being called INTO (auto reception does not allow that function). We close 12.30pm to 1pm and I realise that zoom phone does not allow for these hrs to be specifically set, so the users will need to log out at 12.30pm. We can work with that. Call queues allows us to set the voicemail greeting. I guess I need to set a voicemail greeting that covers different scenarios,  but we've never worked like that.  Seeking a solution where the admin or a user is able to quickly set a different audio for lunch, and back to default voicemail greeting at the time the office closes. The desktop zoom app does not seem to allow the user to set the audio message. It appears there is a need, therefore, to select audio messages by logging into zoom portal - would take a couple of minutes. Under Call Queues / call distribution t

Hi, zoom cannot recognize snap camera in my windows8.1 but my friends use snap camera with their zoom. Is my windos8.1 matter? If you have the same problem and solved it already, please tell me how to solve or what is the cause of the problem. I wonder if I need windows10.

I'm back...Attempting to make a single answer poll question with one selection option.  It has been confirmed by Bort, that a minimum of two selection choices are allowed in the standard polling feature.  Is a minimum of two responses also required with the advanced polling option for a single answer question? I am trying to make an officers' ballot; all positions don't have multiple candidates.Thank you

Attempting to construct a single response question.  The first choice was successfully entered, I don't have a 2nd choice to enter.  How can I remove "Choice 2" so that this selection is not available to select when the poll is launched?Thank you

I am setting up Webinar and adding Panelists but not ready to send invites until the tweaks are done.  When the time comes when do the invites go out if I deselect the option to send immediately?

I can't seem to figure out how to add my logo as a watermark in the bottom corner of the display and so that it appears on the recording.  Any guidence would be appreciated. Thank you,italiangen 2021  

In the web portal settings under security, I've enabled my waiting room. However, whenever I click "New Meeting", I still have to manually click on "Enable Meeting Room"  for it to work.  Any thoughts? 

I can't enable multiple screen share just because there is no such button/ option when I host a meeting. It was but them disappeared. What should I do? 

I am creating an event for my organization that needs to offer a free ticket to only specific people (it's complicated because of requirements of their employer). Is there a way to easily this? I know there isn't a promo code option yet and that I could create a free ticket, but is there a way to limit who can select that option beyond just saying it is for a specific organization?

I'm testing Zoom Events and have created Hub and events, but we're having trouble finding the page where I can set up Agenda/Lobby/Sponsors/Expo, etc. Can anyone tell me how to find this page? Thanks!

All my Zoom invites sent to me are going directly to my Gmail calendar. I would like them to come to me via email instead. But I don't know which setting to change in my account to make this happen. I appreciate the help!

Is there an option for adjusting the resolution on cloud recording with a Zoom Event? At the moment our recordings are 640p, we have HD enabled within our Zoom account?

I have been programming a meeting 2 weeks ago, that is evolving into a webinar, in one week time, and I was looking for an option to change a Meeting to a Webinar, as I saw this option exist: Changing a Webinar into a Zoom meeting with a  click of a button, but does the reversal is true ?  would be great !!!! The problem is that it will change the registration link !!! and people have already started registration under the meeting.Many thanks,Michel Reymond

When using a T5i as a camera to record by Sharing a screen it would seem that there is no need to record on the camera can anyone confirm that this is true? Thanks

Hi After 3 hrs it's time to ask the experts! 2 x small businesses at the same location, each with its own phone number. Basically for branding purposes. Each one is answered by a receptionist (one of 3 staff) using the business name (This doesn't work with auto receptionist because we don't know which phone no. is being rung into) When the phone is not anwered, it goes to voicemail audio that includes the name of the business. So far I've set up: Shared line for both phone numbers - this lets us see which number is being called into and therefore how to answer the phone .... but can't seem to set audio message for one of the two businesses. Thanks Richard  

Liebe Community,ich benötige Eure Hilfe.Seit heute sind seltsamerweise meine Cloudaufzeichnungen weg, die ich gespeichert hatte.  Unter dem Menüpunkt "Aufzeichnungen" ist nichts mehr zu finden. Der Speicher war nicht überschritten und die letzte Aufzeichnung erst 4 Tage her. Um das zu testen, wollte ich eine neue Aufzeichnung machen, doch wenn ich auf Aufnahme drücke, kann ich nur noch lokal speichern. We're a new user to zoom.  I have signed up for 10 user licenses with unlimited canada/us calling.I've created my 10 users and assigned a number to each user. All working fine.When I try and setup my main company number, and try and get a "toll" number, i get a message "you need more phone number licenses".I'm trying to explain to my zoom rep, but i don't know if my account is setup with the correct user licenses.is a phone license in zoom (main company number) different than a user license?on my main phone number, i will have 3 toll free numbers attached to it. my rep sent me a docusign to add 3 toll free numbers, but nothing in regards to adding a phone license to the main company number.i hope i've explained my issue. I need a PHONE LICENSE to add a number to my main company number and than start porting my numbers over. (10 users + 1 company number).
