I signed in from a different computer yesterday to start a meeting and zoom sent me an email with a time limited password (saying they did not recognize the computer).  Once I sign in to this  different computer with the PW, will they ask me again?  I do not have 2FA enabled and I don't think I want to.Thanks.

Hello!   As a user, i'd like to be able to configure the order of account users for ad hoc zoom meeting invites (see attached screen)  so that my most commonly called colleagues display first.    I've tried 'starring' contacts but that makes no difference in this application view.   Is there a way to order this user list at either individual or account level?   Google is giving me zilch on this!    Thanks in advance,   Adam

HI, I have my own free basic account but when I look under Account Management I can see that I am part of my work's Pro account.  However when I schedule a meeting it only comes up with my basic account ie 40mins.  How do I schedule a meeting using the Pro account other than logging in as my boss who is the Admin for it? 

Good day! We got problem with blocked account (our company paying for pro licens). But today we got problem with account login due to "unusual login from a device or location we don't usually use" and system asked to check e-mail with password it sent. But there is no e-mails. Tried many times to resend code - same problem, no code on e-mail. We checked a lot of times e-mail is correct and it works (sent few test letters), "Spam" folder is empty, same as "Deleted". How can we get back access to our account?

Hi! I set up my first interpreter event weeks ago...... It's a Virtual Wedding with half the guests speaking Spanish!  The interpreter and I had a meeting to test everything.  I thought we were set since I was able to get him set up to interpret simultaneously while I speak. (Very amazing feature!) Today I go to test the wedding day link (it is now 3 days away) with my daughter.  Neither of us had the 'world' icon button.  I double checked settings and updated my zoom account since it called for an update. Then I gave it another try with my husband tonight, and I have the 'world' icon button but he doesn't. I have been going over settings and reading and listening to videos but have not found a solution.  I even set up another Wedding Link just in case the first one was buggy or something. We both accessed the new link and it was still the same situation. I have a 'world' icon button and he doesn't have a button.  Does anyone have a clu

Hi, Wondering if anyone has experienced this, we have 5 zoom rooms and came in yesterday morning to all of them saying connection timeout. We have done a ton of troubleshooting and have even deleted and re added.We even connected them to a hotspot to make sure it wasnt anything on our network causing this and the same issue. Any help would be great.

I am paying for PRO, but profile and scheduling are showing BASIC. Worked just fine from November 2021 until now. I need to set up a meeting and require more than the BASIC limits. 

Hi All, I wonder how to configure the interpretation so the interpreters can communicate in the same channel? For example, I put two interpreters to translate English to Chinese to ensure the interpreters could cover the translation if interpreters disconnected. But the interpreters said they can't listen to other interpreters on the same channel. Thanks,

I have unticked the record automatically in my account settings.  I uninstalled the mac version and reinstalled the latest mac version but zoom continues to record automatically when I begin a meeting.  Can anyone help me figure out what I am missing or how to make this take effect the next time I launch Zoom Rooms?

When I linked my cloud contacts to Zoom phone/SMS, I selected Read access only.  I'd now like to modify to read/write permission.   Is that possible?   Alternatively - can I bulk delete my these contacts and reconnect contacts with read/write permission.   thank you   

Hi can you help please? Strange problem. Local Webcam image corrupt when viewed on Zoom on local laptop. (See attached file - strange colours and fine vertical lines) Image looks fine on Zoom recording. Raw Camera looks fine on local laptop. - it's only bad via Zoom app. Any suggestions much appreciated.  Thanks 

Hey all, I'd like to be able to set people from my organisation as alternative hosts by default.   I often schedule meetings with myself, team members and clients. If I am unable to attend I manually have to make a colleague an alternative host  - sometimes this can be difficult if for example, I cannot attend because I am delayed travelling.    Is there a way I can set an alternative host by default, or even better set all users in my organisation as alternative hosts by default.   I typically schedule using 'Zoom for G Suite' in Google Calendar on chrome.    Thanks 🙏    

I recently have a issue with use Alt + A hotkey. It suppose to be mute the mic, but when I press it, it become a screenshot instead of mute the mic. Is this a common issue, before I did not have this issue.

I have scheduled a meeting to take place in a few weeks. Since that time I have purchased a 'Large Meeting' subscription to Zoom as we are expecting many hundreds of individuals to attend the meeting.Can you please advise whether I have to reschedule that original meeting for the 'Large Meeting' number of participants to be allowed by Zoom, or whether the meeting will automatically accept the additional number of participants?

Hi, I would really appreciate some help, please. When I am doing a video call on Zoom, I have to take notes during our call which I do on a Microsoft word document, unfortunately since the new Zoom upgrade, I no longer have the option to pin the person or I think it used to be called "Keep on Top", (which I used to do by right-clicking on the top of the screen of the person and it gave me the option). This meant that the person would stay on the screen even while I had a Microsoft Word doc open. Now as soon as I click on the Word doc to begin taking notes, all I can see is the Word doc and can no longer see the Zoom screen. As opposed to, before the update, I could keep the person on the screen in front of me and have the Word doc in front of me at the same time. Not being able to do this is making my job harder as sometimes I also have to have my Word doc in front of me to look at bullet points that I am speaking to them about and I have to talk to them without actually seei

If I acquire a zoom line to make phone calls, can I also use sms and text messages? I am planning on getting a plan but this is important to know before taking the next step.

Is it possible to set a meeting up so the names of participants are automatically hidden - other than for the host to see?We are holding a meeting and don't want the participants to see who else is included in the meeting, although we need them to identify themselves when they join.Thanks

HiI recently attended a Zoom meeting by invitation and passcode. After the meeting the host sent me the links to to view the recording. Subsequently returning to view the recordings now  it says that it no longer exists. I contacted the host who resent the recording asking me download and save. I have tried to do this on IPhone and Amazon fire tablet but it does not allow me to do it. Any advice please. Thank you.  

Please can I use my webinar addon as an access for large meeting in my pro account 

I am a user using the free version, and my mobilr is an iPhone. When I scheduled a meeting, I turned on the auto local recording function and proceeded with the meeting. But after the meeting, the recorded file cannot be found on my mobile. Where can I find it? 

Two of my three recurring meetings have disappeared from my meeting schedule.   A few days ago, I updated all three recurring meetings to continue to 6/30.  They had just expired and I found them in previous meetings, and edited them to change the ending date.  Today I can only find one of them in either previous or upcoming meetings.I don't have a list of all participants, let alone contact information, so it would be difficult to get a new meeting id/password to the participants.Is there a way to retrieve and reinstate these meetings? 

I enabled and set up In-Session branding for my Zoom event but it doesn't display when the session starts. I uploaded a background and added name tags for speakers. I did have one name tag show up for one speaker. What am I missing?
