I have a user who has changed email addresses to a different branch of our company. We have only 5 licenses and they are used up. Is the preferred way to make the change deleting her old email and adding her a new user entirely? Will deleting her free up our 5th license to use for her again? 

I am wondering, if I download a recording from the cloud, does this mean that anyone I sent the recording to will lose the ability to view it.  Does it stay in the cloud, as well as the download to my computer?

Dear Zoom Experts:I am scheduling a 4-hour webinar with 6 speakers.  Is it possible and how would I be able to end up with 6 recordings from the single webinar? Can I make multiple recordings in one long webinar?thank you in advance. 

When I try to generate an attendance report, the only participant showing is my own name. My account type is "Education" and my role is "Member". The dates are correct and are within the historical span, but no participants are showing in any meetings, just the figure 1 and my name (e-mail).  

I am an online cooking teacher and I usually use my laptop for the main view for students and have my phone on a tripod for the closeup view. I then spotlight both views so my students see only these and not the gallery view when I'm teaching.  It works well.  I am doing a Ukraine fundraiser next week and have 50 people attending!  I want to use a monitor so I can have the spolights for the students as usual but on the 2nd monitor I want to have the gallery view so I can see them all.  I don't want to just change the view for myself on the laptop because I also want to record the class and would like the two spotlights recorded, not the gallery view. Is this possible?  And if yes, how do I set everything up?  Thanks!

I recently upgraded my 8 year old PC to a distinctly more powerful one.  On the old one I could show 49 participants (I know how this is set) but on the new more powerful one I am limited to 25.  My new PC uses an Intel i3-12100 processor.  I think Zoom need to update the list of PCs to reflect the new processors, which is at https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362323-Adjusting-your-video-layout-during-a-virtual-meeting?msclkid=cdfca99cb58a11ec83290264f357475c The new 12th generation processor has 4 cores and is way more powerful than ANY 4th generation i5 or i7.  You can easily look up the relative performance tables.This restriction has a negative effect on my use of Zoom.  Please update this out-of-date list and remove this unnecessary restriction.

I am having difficulty in understanding what the @ Mentioned you filter actually does.I have lots of chats with various contacts and as such I guess that these mention me as one of the correspondents.  If that is the case when I click on the filter I should see a lot of chats listed but nothing shows other than the “Messages will appear here every time you are mentioned” screen message.Can anyone explain how this feature should work please?

For the last week, Zoom has stopped working on my Mac.  Uninstall/reinstall (including installing today's new version) does not help. It is *not* an issue with my network router -- that is working fine.  But trying to log in to the app, or launch a meeting off a calendar invite, just says: "You are unable to connect to Zoom.  Please check your network connection and try again".

I have to organise a webinar on Thursday 7 April, for the webinar zoom option (at 37€), it says that the number of participants must be between 500 and 50 000. Can I organise a webinar for 90 people with this extension?please help me 🙂

To get ahead of the curve, we went ahead and distributed the PWA app to our Student's Chromebooks. The issue is, each time a student tries to join a meeting VIA a link, they are prompted to install the Zoom app instead of using the PWA app which is already installed.  Any ideas on how to force PWA as the default and to stop Zoom from asking to install the Chromebook app?

Hi, We have a Meeting pro account. I set a meeting and shared the link to participants, however we may need to change the meeting to Webinar (as we have panelists). In that case we'll have to change the account, but the Q is- will I have to create a new link to the meeting/ webinar, or can I use the one I already shared?  Thanks. 

Hello,   This is not the account I am using for the test, but one with an activated trial.   Using JWT, I am trying to use the method : /v2/accounts/{accountId}/metrics/meetings/{meetingId}/participants/qos     I can log in, create meetings, delete meetings, ... etc, but when I try to get the QoS data of the meeting, I got a:     Client error: `GET https://api.zoom.us/v2/accounts/0000000000/metrics/meetings/0000000000/participants/qos` resulted in a `401 Unauthorized` response: {"code":124,"message":"Invalid access token."}     The zeros are a placeholder.   I have even tried using an access token generated from the Zoom web, but I obtain the same result.   Please, can you help me with this?   Thank you in advance.

Hi,    I recorded a Zoom webinar last week and just went to check the recording but it only recorded on speaker mode.    I read online that the default was gallery mode so I didn't confirm the settings (SO STUPID ON MY PART), but now the recording is missing all the AUSLAN speakers and their lovely work translating the webinar so that the deaf and hard  of hearing could participate.    Is there any way Zoom has a copy of it in the cloud somewhere...........    Hopeful,  A new Zoom user

The setting to enable co-hosts says that co-hosts have the same in-meeting controls as the host.However, I find that co-hosts cannot do everything that the host can do.For example, the host can turn off a participant's camera, but co-hosts cannot.Please enable all the controls for co-hosts!Thank you.

I attended a Zoom Meeting as a participant.  Presenter had set options so the participants would only see Chat and Raise Hand.  Easy and less confusing for those joining the meeting.  I wasn't able to locate where these settings can be achieved in the Admin. Settings.  Please assist when convenient and thanks.  

When I share my screen, the other users attending the meeting/webinar see some black frames on their screen, corresponding to my zoom windows (e.g. participants list or breakout rooms), see attachment.Does anyone know how to remove them?Can anyone help me with this? Thanks a lot in advance!

Hi. I have set up a webinar in zoom. I am the host and have a co-host in the same organisation. I also need to set up a meeting in zoom that will overlap in timing with the webinar.Can I have a meeting and a webinar running at the same time on one account?

When sending panelist invitations for a Zoom webinar, how can you tell if a panelist accepts the invitation?  I don't see a tracking feature. 

I scheduled a couple of meetings using the Zoom app for Mac but they don't show up on the Zoom website under 'Meetings'. This is a problem because I can't generate polls, usage reports etc.  Is there any way to correct this? I asked the question before but didn't get an answer. I did, however, receive three wonderful little badges. How nice. With those badges and 5 bucks I could buy a gallon of gasoline
